“Definitely visit this location if you need quality, competent and quick light bodywork/scratch/paint repair. Small scratch on the bumper required a repair involving repaint. Brought in at 8 am and received back at 2:30pm and you can't tell there was ever a lock of damage done. The staff is also very helpful, kind and friendly! Excellent customer service still exists ladies and gentlemen!”
“Discount Tire is the best—great prices and even better service. I came in with a question about the roadworthiness of a tire I bought a couple years ago, and it turns out it needed replacing. Elijah (Assistant Manager) noticed it was also defective and gave me credit toward new tires. It was more convenient for me to get the tires installed at the Albany store so he called to ensure the credit carried over. Above-and-beyond service—thank you!”

“From the time you pull up to the time you leave, these guys are hands down amazing! We placed our order for our new tires online, that whole process was a breeze! Obviously something new that they're trying out since we were asked about the process at start and finish. They tell you everything that's going on, each time they do something different they come and let you know. They explain the whole process with such great detail. It was a great experience and I loved watching them work on my car thru the lobby window. I'm a dork, but loving watching them work so greatly especially on my car! The brakes that I had installed about 11 months ago were down to metal on metal even though I had only driven about 12,000 miles. I took it in because it was within the warranty window. I expected them to just replace the brake pads but they did the complete package, pads, rotors and calipers at no cost. They definitely stand behind their warranty’s! I will have all my tire, brake and alignment work done with Les Schwab.”
“Popped by at 4pm due to a screw in my tire that was losing air quick. They got me in, told me 1hr 45 to 2hrs, and had it done within that time frame. Since it was a simple plug it was free of charge which I wasn’t expecting. With how busy it was before and after I got there, I’m super happy and impressed with how quickly they got to it. Instead, we took it in to Les Schwab who had the tire patched within 25 minutes of our arrival and we were on our way. We were so thankful for the quick, friendly and helpful response.
