I appreciated Paul taking the time to explain the reason why transmission fluid needs to be changed. Showed me pictures of the filter that was replaced. The office is organized & very clean. No worries about sitting on oily or greasy chairs. My old car runs like new, thanks to these guys.”

“I contacted the owner with my concerns regarding the "Check Engine Light" and my car bucking when accelerating. He promptly scheduled me for an appointment at 8AM the following day. I requested a tune up at the same time since it had been over a year since the last one. An hour after I dropped my car off the owner, Rick Herbert called and said the problem was diagnosed and would be ready for me to pick up the following morning. He also added that the car DIDN'T need a tune up, the plugs and plug wires were fine and the engine was running according to specs. A less than honest mechanic would have put new plugs and wires on and charged me for a tune up which I didn't need. I was more than pleased with the total car care provided by this business.”

“Got stranded in Newport hours away from home with two kids and called several shops trying to get my Honda fixed. Curtis was able to get me on his schedule the same day and had my car finished before the end of their business day. Friendly, quick service without a hassle, prices that were clearly outlined based on the parts needed and hours of labor up front, and recommendations for activities and restaurants in the area to visit near the aquarium we were in town to see.. if I ever break down on the coast again I’ll call Rick’s first specifically because of Curtis”

My wife had removed some paint from our garage door and deposited it on my car. Steve buffed it out on the spot, applied a sealant, and would not accept payment. I have had good experiences with Caliber in two locations, and I am sold on their service. Heaven forbid we have a collision, but if we do, I know where I will seek repairs.”

“Great work both times taken suv in. 1st job was rear main seal and most recently was valley gasket seal and knock sensors.
Both jobs done quickly for work completed. Suv is yukon denali with the 6.2 engine.
