Manager didn't want to have somebody help me. When somebody at her branch made a mistake with my credit cards. It was their problem and she didn't want to take time to fix it because she was understaffed and wanted me to call some phone number on the back of the card and I said no. You guys made the mistake you guys can fix it.. set my credit card to the wrong address. Also put the wrong billing address down for my credit card. So when I tried to purchase stuff on Amazon it was a big headache until we figured out that they put the wrong address down. It's not okay to make mistakes with people's money or credit cards The lady that worked the drive-thru got my issue resolved which I was grateful forAlso, when I came to visit my safety deposit box I had multiple safety deposit box keys. I told the manager this is the key for my box. She says no that keep isn't the right one. I drove all the way home a half hour away. Come back another day and guess what? The key the manager said wasn't the right key was so she wasted half my day

This is the only bank that charges me to cash checks that are from people that have a account with them. And they charge close to $10. And I even had a manager lye to me and say that "all banks charge". No they dont. I was very disappointed with them and still to this day I do anything I can to avoid going here and doing any business with them. Sorry to give such a low score but it's true and really wish they would stop taking advantage of people.

They have a couple very helpful employees. However there are a few that are very unhelpful, and occasionally rude. I dont enjoy my experience here as much as I used to.
