I was hesitant about using this facility because of the negative reviews on this site, but I had a great experience. Check-in was easy. The wait incredibly short. Kariene was courteous, helpful, and seemed very proficient. She handled a couple of minor paperwork issues which were not caused by Lab Corp, then drew my blood with minimum trouble or discomfort. I was in and out in about 15 minutes.

They are to cheap to use a real person to check you in. And the kiosk is junk. Employees could careless. What happened to customer service.

Is it possible to give less than one star? This outfit is a clown show. One that can hurt you. They lose orders from doctors causing patients to have to reschedule. They draw blood but fail to send results to doctors, today causing my husband to drive an hour in snow to specialist doctor who had no lab results to discuss. Wasted trip for a CANCER PATIENT. Get these charlatans out of your hospital!!! Do we actually have to die or what?

Twice I have had an appointment. Twice I wasn’t seen until 45 minutes after the appointment time. The last time, there wasn’t even anyone else waiting to be seen.
The only way to check in is on a iPad and the staff was not friendly.

My appointment was 30 minutes late and the lady who drew my blood seemed very rude and unfriendly. She didn’t even search for a vein but went right in and took the blood. She acted like she just wanted to get it done and over with as fast as possible. Usually I’ve had people look for a vein.

Silverton Hospital Lab and Diagnostic imaging went above and beyond to provide family centered care and make accommodations to my son while he got his blood drawn and had a CT with contrast. Thank you all who were involved.
