My sun roof got stuck open and I came here hoping they could fix it, and not only did they do it in like 10 minutes they didn’t charge me since it was such a small thing. I don’t even use my sunroof so saved me probably thousands. I’ll be a lifelong customer going forward based on the great customer service alone :)

We've had 2 accidents and Silver Creek Auto Body has met our expectations. They are professional, timely and have an easy system to navigate - have been good at communicating and when I picked up my car, it was sparkling inside and they even hung my front license plate that wasn't part of our rear end damage.

Amazing job!!
Just picked up my car from getting detailed, seats look brand new and there's no trace of dog hair in the carpets, after having two decently shedding dogs ride in my car semi frequently, the carpets were pretty hairy before, on top of crumbs and dirt. Everything else is shiny and spotless, I couldn't be happier with the job they did, will definitely be taking my car here whenever it needs a good detailing!!

Took my 4runner here after a deer decided to jump into it breaking the front bumper. These guys were great to deal with from the beginning to the end of the entire process, and the process was not typical for a normal repair. The OEM bumper replacement on 4Runners has a known sizing issue that both Toyota and the internet are aware of. While dealing with Toyota to get the correct part in (finally sent in from Japan) these guys were top notch and were dedicated to getting the bumper fixed correctly. The level of customer that Silver Creek Auto body has is massively impressive. It feels like we live in a day and age where good customer service is hard to come by, and I’ll tell you Bob and his team here are exceptional and go above and beyond to ensure their customers are happy and taken care of. It’s refreshing to work with companies that you can tell actually care. If you live in Silverton, Woodburn, Salem or any other surrounding areas and you don’t at least take your vehicle here for a quote you’re doing yourself a massive disservice.
Amazing shop, top 10 customer service, couldn’t be happier with the results. I’ve already recommended people here and will continue to do so.

My late wife and I have used Silver Creek Auto Body from soon after they first opened in 1993. The employees -- all of them -- are friendly, helpful, and honest, and they do very high quality work. I completely trust their recommendations.
I recently bought a used car and today they replaced a missing panel on the front and did a detailing job. This 2004 vehicle looks like new, inside and outside. I can't praise them highly enough for 30 years of service!

Silver Creek came highly recommended to me. They made everything easy, working with my insurance. Every interaction was great and they will have your rental car ready for you when you drop off your vehicle. With that said, they did an amazing job on my car. It looks better than when I bought it. They have earned a customer for life.

After a semi-truck backed into my car on the highway (!), I immediately took the car to Silver Creek Auto Body for an estimate. Since the frame was bent, the price was reasonable, and the work was done exceptionally well: the car looks and acts great! Bob was very helpful, and kind!
