Extremely disappointing experience at this 76 station. They advertise full service, but when no one came out, I called to ask for assistance as I’m disabled and in a wheelchair. The attendant rudely refused to help and, as he was hanging up, made a discouraging remark. This is not only unprofessional but downright disrespectful to those with disabilities. I would strongly advise anyone, especially those needing assistance, to take their business elsewhere.

I’d recommend getting gas somewhere else, unless you’re in the mood to hear some vile, sexist language and political disinformation. I can’t imagine sharing such opinions with strangers, let alone at work. Politics aside, people shouldn’t talk like that at work…

No public restrooms! This was a huge inconvenience. Especially for a family with little kids doing a cross country trip . If you are looking for restrooms and some good snacks this is not a good stop !

It's a place where you purchase fuel for your gas guzzling ICE! What more is there to say? I suppose if the fuel was expensive, then there would be something to share. But for the convenience of being able to travel over 1000 miles a day, it's cheap! (When EVs aren't twice the price they should be, aren't ugly, and have a range over 200 miles, I won't need to stop here anymore.)

*This rating is based upon my personal experience on this trip & chatting with other customers who were fueling up at the time, not an overall assessment of the business in general.Upon arriving I momentarily waited in my truck for an attendant. I noticed a man pumping gas & proceeded to walk over to pre-pay. I realized he wasn't an employee & along with 2 other customers stated that no one came out to help so they pumped their fuel, while another customer drove off. I went into the store to find a man sitting down, apparently oblivious to the fact that some customers like myself were in vehicles waiting for help that would never arrive.He stated that he was prohibited from walking outside & I asked somewhat frustratingly "perhaps a notice could be posted to advise customers to perform a self-service fueling".The employee then got upset & said he wasn't allowed to post a notice which sounded false since an operator can post informative notices to customers as long as they are not discriminatory. To sum up my review it was unlike any other I have experienced.With an obvious employee shortage along with a growing atmosphere of indifference in the workplace, it has become a customer service nightmare & a job performance issue with many employers.*The owner of this station bears some responsibility & if necessary should personally go to his business to ensure its operation is functioning acceptably.*NOTE TO READERS. It is difficult for me to write a negative review of a business that I have frequented, yet it is an accurate accounting of my recent interaction. however, it is not necessarily the overall state of affairs of the 76 Fuel Station & Convenience Mart in Sister's Oregon as the readers of my review may have a normal or even an exceptional experience.*At this time I cannot recommend nor dissuade others of patronage. I am hoping it was a one-off event.

The rudest service I’ve ever had in the state of Oregon, this coming from someone that was born and raised in this state.
