The gas attendant with the Grateful Dead sombrero has delusions of grandeur and is verbally combative, obstructing his ability to perform his otherwise straightforward duties in a satisfactory manner. I was appalled by his aggressive level of ignorance masquerading as knowledge, but what will keep me from coming back to my hometown Chevron station here were the personal insults directed at me after lightly calling out his non-stop B.S.

Horrible service. The gas station person wanted to lecture me on the proper gasoline selection by Chevron name? I had simply asked for a fill up using 89 and that’s when it all started? Remember when customers came first and you were greeted with a “hello, how may I help you”? All gone.

The staff was extremely rude, and the bathrooms were disgusting. The gas is also overpriced, so if you can, just wait until you get into Bend to fill up. Definitely not worth the risk or germs.

On a very cold day needing propane and nobody who can fill tanks came into work good job . It's a possibility that they will find frozen bodies in the morning because someone didn't come to work because it's cold

Always a good experience here. Friendly staff and good options. Hopefully they got rid of the problematic nasty rude employee that others mentioned in thier reviews.

Rudest employee I have come across in a long time. She wouldn’t look at me and when I asked for lottery tickets she said “oh my god” really loud. Like I ruined her day.

I have not been treated this rudely in a very long time. Came in to buy a couple drinks and a snack for the road. Cashier rang it up and I proceeded to pay with card. Card reader stated to remove card after purchase so I did and cashier proceeds to tell me that “you need to read directions and do it right”
I explained that I had followed the directions and she then tells me “obviously you can’t read because you pulled your card out too soon and now I have to do everything all over again” she continued with her condescending words and I asked her if she was having a bad day. She replied “no. You just can’t read”
I decided to not make the purchase and asked if she could give me the store phone number which she refused.
We always stop here when traveling through town but will no longer.

I was accosted today when I came in to buy breakfast and beverages because I stood to close to an employee at the refrigerator. I didn't even know she was an employee, I said excuse me, and she snapped back "you should just wait!" I was surprised and said "excuse me" again. She said "you heard me"... I didn't even realize she worked there, but when I saw she was on the clock and walked behind the counter, my mind was blown. Who does that to a customer? Is this not a customer service job? COVID is over, six feet between people is non existent. If you can't be nice to the public, don't work with it! I will be using Dino Mart from now on. They always have a smile for me.

I just experienced the WORST customer service by a woman working the register this morning. I used a $50 bill to buy 2 packs of cigarettes this morning. She tried to decline the sale because it was too large of a bill, claiming I had smaller ones, and alternate one to pay. I had to open my wallet to show her it was a $50 or $3 cash option. I do not think I will be returning as long as she is on your payroll. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!

Been going here for years, never again. Pulled up to the “full service” fuel line and the employees don’t want to pump gas. They would rather play games on their phone inside and talk to each other. They said I can self serve….. they are paid to work not play games on their phone.Supervisor or owner, if you are reading this you need to talk to your employees and if they don’t act like they care, then fire them, because they could care less that I was there. Terrible service. I went to your competitor up the street and was served immediately.
