Came in here to shop while visiting town, was immediately greeted and met Wayne, the shop dog! The staff and particularly Rachel was extremely enjoyable to talk to and she was very attentive and helpful! Makes you feel so much better about spending money at a business full of good people! We left with lots of good, much-needed items! We will be back for sure if in the area! This store has tons of selection, sizes and offerings of best items you have not seen in the clothing and accessory line up! Even horse hair koozies! Thank you

I walked in and told the young lady at register what I was looking for and she went with me immediately to the section. Extremely pleasant to work with! Always have great service on the rare occasion I go there! Highly recommend, nothing is cheap anymore and like everywhere else, the prices have gone up considerably since I bought a pair of boots. I feel like I got a quality pair from them.

The gal who helped me find a pair of jeans was fantastic. Always hate shopping for jeans but she made it painless with good recommendations and grabbing sizes. I got a couple pairs and a vest too.

I love this store so much. My new Pendleton yoga mat is gorgeous. Love it. Great customer service. Rigo went above and beyond. Side note: the staff are extremely well dressed & represent the brand well. Top notch.

Service was great! Selection of western wear and jewelry was fabulous. I have shopped here several times and the best purchase was a siver ring for my daughter and an expensive but beautiful western wear shirt for my grandson.

I came across this store and was obsessed because I love everything western. So it was very disappointing how my experience with Dixie’s went. I special ordered a pair of jeans from here as finding my size is always a struggle, and was initially told they would arrive around 2 weeks which worked perfectly for me in needing them for a couple of events. Two weeks, nothing. Three weeks, oh still nothing but I understand delays as I also run a business so it’s not a biggie. ONE MONTH I call the shop and the worker says to me, “I placed the order yesterday.” So they hadn’t placed the order until I called a month later, I doubt he had placed it “yesterday” but “yesterday” sounds better than “I forgot to place your order.” It is now a month and a half later still no pants. I call and ask for tracking info and apparently they “have no way of tracking” the order which is completely false. You can always track an order, unless you haven’t actually ordered it. I also run a business and know this is no way to run one. Again, cute store, but terrible service.
