“We recently purchased a home in Roseburg and having visited Sisters Log Furniture in the past we knew we wanted a King sized log bed frame from them! Not being able to drive there with everything going on, I had reached out to them online and asked about their current stock and they were happy to send me the varieties they had and said if they didn’t have one we liked, they could get another custom made! Luckily, they had the one we wanted with the stain and style! They promptly delivered the bed frame per the date we had requested with a small delivery AND set up fee! One piece was forgotten in the delivery and being 3 hours a way, we were left without the slats. HOWEVER, they were very responsive to helping us resolve the issue and were generous with their customer service and resolution! If we have any other furniture needs to fit the rest of our home, we WILL be back! The bed frame is BEAUTIFUL and was assembled well!”
