“We had a reservation at a local Air B&B but when we got there the door code didn't work and it was 11:30pm. Randy at Best Western was super helpful. He made check in easy and fast and ensured we got to our room safely! Thank you Randy for your hospitality and care.”

“We stayed 2 nights recently and loved this place. It’s adorable, clean and within walking distance to all shops, restaurants and everything you want too do in Sisters. We will definitely be staying again!!!Fabulous ”
“Had a reservation for over a week and when I arrived it took 15 minutes to get someone to come to the desk. There is a phone and instructions to dial 0. It just rang and rang and finally a lady came in the front door and said she had forgotten to take the portable phone with her. She then told me they have no hot water but could give be a big discount until she noticed I had reserved through Expedia. After an additional 30 minutes she finally agreed to cancel the reservation on her end. After arriving at Best Western they told me that Sisters Inn hadn’t had hot water for months!! This cost me an additional $100 to make a last minute hotel stay at Best Western. I called the City of Sisters and filed a complaint. Avoid this place like a plague!! Now it was take 7-10 to get a refund from Expedia!”

“This place is beautiful even in early spring. The water is absolutely gorgeous ?. The lodge and cabins are great. Boat rentals kayaking and paddle board are all on deck. Fishing is great too.”

All of your people were extra special, and treated so nice, we will stay again if the opportunity arises, and will definitely recommend it for staying and rating too. Everyone was very helpful, and with my husband just passing the hours before, and our son and granddaughters and great grandsons loved it too. ☃️❄️?”
