This is an amazing studio, space and class! Atmoshphere is wonderful, calming and inviting. Carolyn does an amazing job at individualizing the class for you, and helping you find your own pace and groove. Such a patient coach/instructor. I love these classes and she makes everyone feel like they are succeeding!

This place is amazing. The instructors are phenomenal and truly encourage intuition with one's own body while simultaneously guiding students through an effective, fun, and intense work out. I 100% recommend Sisters Barre and Yoga!
