Sisters bunkhouse is so charmingly old fashioned and historic! We chose this place for a one night stay after our friend's memorial. The room was basic but nice. The place was quiet!I was disgusted to find all made-in-China soaps in the bathroom. For a place that exudes "history" and shouts "local", I thought they could atleast support a local soapmaker!!WARNING!!!! the WORST part of our experience was being charged for a mark on the sheets, weeks after our stay, that we could not possibly have been responsible for. We discussed this with the owner and they were unwilling to hear us, deciding against reason that we had done it and charging our card. The mark was very obviously an ink stain that had gone through a wash cycle previous to our stay. It was under the pillow and we did not see it until moving said pillow in the morning. Our stay was brief, we had no ink on us or in the bed.It was sad to be treated this way. We recognize the owners are new to this business and replacing sheets can be costly, but such underhanded treatment of guests will not be in their best interest! We will definitely not be back nor recommend Sisters Bunkhouse to anyone we care about.

This review is coming in a little late, I stayed at the bunkhouse toward the end of July in the Sasquatch room. I must say I had the most wonderful time I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay I love sisters I could walk out my front door walk around town go drink wine, eat good food and walk right back to the room and it was nice and air-conditioned, everything a person or persons would meed. I definitely would recommend it to anyone coming to Sisters for one night or three nights like I stayed, it started to feel like home. Connie Neel

Cannot say enough good things about the Bunkhouse. Owners, Kathleen and Michael, have created a very welcoming, clean, and quiet place to stay right in the middle of town. The lobby is stocked with snacks, which we my partner and I loved. Kathleen greeted us upon arrival and made sure we had everything that we needed - including a couple of extra pillows upon request. She also went out of her way to call around and find a taxi company in town to pick us up after a wedding deep in the woods. Thank you both, Kathleen and Michael!

I cannot say enough good things about this hotel. The owners Kathleen and Michael are very welcoming. The whole place definitely has an Old-West vibe, which is in line with the town in general. The front lobby area is clean, and Kathleen showed me around the amenities they have for guests. The bunk rooms are great, with very comfortable queen beds, a good modern bathroom, WiFi and TV. They even provided a fan (I like to sleep with a fan on for the noise masking and air movement) as well as alarm clock. One of the best things is that it’s right off Cascade Ave, the main road through town, with restaurants, shopping, and galleries. No need to drive anywhere from the hotel, everything is within walking distance.
