They even attended our closing and met us at the house to open blinds and make sure the property was clean and ready to be enjoyed by our family. They are very professional and classy. Thomas was amazing throughout our home buying process! Him and his dad Phil lined up 20 homes for us to view efficiently in 3 days and provided sound advice when it came to negotiating an offer. We ended up closing on a beautiful home below asking price and the sellers fixed everything we asked them to fix mostly in part due to Thomas and Phil! My husband and I would recommend them to anyone!

I just finished the third transaction involving the Arends either as the sellers agent or our agent. Phil has been a great resource in planning to buy as well as in the process of selling houses at Black Butte. He also has a great contact list for any work or services that needs to be done. His son Thomas joined the team halfway through our most recent sales process. Thomas is lucky to have such a good mentor in the business And seems to be following his father‘s great service plan. I recommend the Arends to anyone who is familiar, or unfamiliar, with the Black Butte and Sisters area. You will definitely learn from them.
