Not only did Art arrive at Santiam Pass very soon after I called to pick up my MG Midget, but he also helped me figure out the safest and most affordable way for me to get my vehicle back to Colorado. In addition, Kathleen not only arranged for overnight lodging in Sisters before vacancies disappeared that evening as Art and I were coming into town with my vehicle, but she also brought me into bend to pick up a rental truck and vehicle transporter the next day. These folks treat their customers like best friends!”
