I went to send package and I dnt often send items through usps bit it was close to work and I went on lunch. When I got to the counter Matt was there and was not helpful. He was rushing me and even asked me to step out of line to fix the labeling on my package. When he was going over when my package would arrive I didn't hear him so I asked again when will the package arrive at its destination he said rudely back to me I said Saturday, I explained I didn't hear him and called him rude and he scuffed at me and said he wasn't rude. I won't go back, all of the staff here was loud and rushing ppl.

I had a medication I needed last week arrive to this location on Saturday and it’s was “missent” back to cottage grove and the earliest I will get it is Wednesday. How does it make it this close and then be shipped back out? So irritating.
