The 10x15' unit was very clean and spacious with very tall ceilings.
When I first went to check it out, the door wouldn't open. (Later found out it had been newly painted) I was worried and replied to the text I had received to confirm my purchase of the unit. Within an hour I had received a text and 2 phone calls to let me know they had resolved the problem. Management was very kind and helpful! We were able to back a 20' uhail down the side lane fairly easily. Also, being able to rent and schedule a move out online was super convenient. I would certainly use Safe and Sound storage again and highly recommend.”
