This is by far the cleanest, well maintained, and secure self storage that I have ever stored at. The staff is attentive and the security is top notch. Cameras everywhere, fences, and good climate control inside. I absolutely love this place.

I have too many good things to say about my experience today with Christa, the manager here at A Storage Place. She was so incredibly patient, informed, and kind. She even took the time to show me units in 2 different sizes so I could make the most informed decision. Really amazing service from her, I am very thankful for her help! Would definitely recommend this storage place cuz units are clean, well-kept, and securely protected

This place has crazy high extra fees like their admin fee is about $40. They require you use one of their locks but they don’t give you the lock you have to buy is for $17. They also require proof of auto insurance to rent a storage unit. Their access hours aren’t the best.
However the guy I spoke to was really friendly and helpful but ultimately the extra fees they force on you I disagree with

Once a difference a company makes…I had storage at NW Storage on West 11th and ended up having major issues with rat droppings all over our stuff. A Storage Place is a well-ran, clean, friendly and safe place. Thank you so much for providing a service that is worth ever dollar I was spending to store my possessions.

This place is the real deal. Great staff onsite providing safety and security. A clean facility with a clean bathroom for long visits.

Christa and Matthew are kind, considerate and make you feel like family when storing families belongings. You can't beat their courtesy, and kindness. They are right on it when a problem arises, and you can't beat their security. They 100% VALUE their customers.

It's a safe place to store my things with peace of mind. They do have 24/7 security on the site, and very friendly people at the office. Paying the bills online made it so much easier! Experiences are superb!

Good indoor storage facility. The upside is very secure, managers onsite, hours are reasonable. Things that kept this facility from getting more than three stars are : No 24hr access If you found this review to be helpful please like it?????
