They were very communicative and able to keep me updated throughout the process. Everyone was friendly, and I felt if I ever had questions, they would answer right away. A great process all around. The car looks and drives great-- as if nothing ever happened.

This is one of the few businesses I've been to in recent years where customer service still matters. Many thanks to Aaron and Amy and the whole staff for making things go so smoothly. I just had my second repair job done here (to the exact same spot as before, neither being my fault) and they got it done a few days early, which was very nice since I told Aaron that I was going on a trip. I have nothing negative to say, only a positive experience all around. It sucks that this level of service is so rare these days, but it's great that it still exists, and Caliber is one of the good ones. My insurance person said that he uses them too and has always been impressed.

Took my Infiniti here to have repairs done for insurance. So first they gave me my car back and they painted over rock chips with properly preparing the hood. They claimed they were told to I was in a rush which I wasn’t. So they agreed to paint the hood the right way. 2nd time picking it up the hood was not taken down far enough and is a terrible paint job. There are all kinds of imperfections in the paint due poor preparation. They also got some kind of oil contamination in the driver fender. So since this was their 2nd attempt I don’t believe I would give them a third. I do not recommend this place. Car has improper buffing done. My entire car is scratched up where they didn’t do repairs

They make you feel like family. They keep you informed and updated through out the whole process. They are amazing! I’ve been to them twice now and I won’t go any where else.

Good guys over at the shop at Caliber Collision for the Springfield OR location. Super friendly, quick, and very informative about their services. One of the few times I've left a autobody shop pretty happy.
