I purchased a used welder and called for info on getting one of my tanks filled. I knew nothing about this process. Kylee (spelling?) was very helpful over the phone but really needed to see what I had to make sure they could help me. I stopped by and was very pleased with the service and information I received from Kylee and Hal. Great experience. This isn't the closest place for me to go to but I'll be sure to return.

Unreliable, poor record keeping, and terrible customer service. One of the absolute worst businesses I have ever worked with. I transitioned to another company after a couple months of endless problems.

Excellent customer service, and I appreciate that they know my name when I come in. Generous pricing, expansive inventory, knowledgeable staff, they make locating parts and ordering with them a breeze and I often call in with my account number or any questions. I place orders for a university jewelry studio (a lot of wear and tear on the equipment from students) so the ease of communication with Airgas and the quality of their work simply makes my job easier. High praise to both the Springfield and Eugene locations, fantastic established employees.

Horrible customer service. Been trying to have our service canceled for a month because they refuse to work with their customers business hours. We open at 3 and they refuse to deliver or pick up at that time. Scheduled three pick up now, have they picked up the tanks? No. But they’ll continue to bill us for a service we don’t want. Maybe you guys will read this and get annoyed with me and come get them to not have to deal with me anymore. Stop giving me attitude every time I try to schedule a pick up and just come get them. We don’t need these tanks we found a better service, we just thought you’d like them back.

We switched to these guys a while back for our construction company's PPE supplies. Their regional sales rep (Rick) and sales staff (especially Jeff) have been extremely helpful. Their company website was a bit buggy at first, but I started using it when it was just a few months old. Remarkably, they have a real live web support person (Becki) who has been helping us out. She should probably have a super-hero cape, because there isn't a problem I've thrown at her that she hasn't obliterated within a business day (often times in minutes). I know this review is starting to sound too good to be true, but there's one more thing - they smoke everybody on price for safety gear. I am a regular web shopper and price check brick and mortar places as well. I couldn't be more pleased with my dealings with them.
