I have transferred all my prescriptions to Albertsons from another pharmacy (across the street). I am so happy to get my prescriptions on time, no longer lines, friendly staff, and just more organized. I haven't had to deal with early closing, the pharmacy not being open during the week (for whatever reason, and they are open on weekends. I can't give more than 5 stars or I would.

Lines are always long and not enough pharmacies working. Sometimes they have all registered open then next thing you know only two are open while waiting in line.

So, so annoying at the patronizing way the staff requires counseling with medication pick-up. I can read a pharmaceutical drug insert with the best of them and require no pharm-splainin'.
I find it so interesting that I can pick up large quantities of controlled substances with just my husband's name and DOB, no ID needed, but god forbid we let you leave without 'splaining the drugs he already takes. Every time I feel like the medications are held hostage. I should be allowed to opt out!!

The people who work here, work incredibly hard as this place is almost always busy. When I didn't have insurance they were always looking for the cheapest option available, This place is close to my home so, it's super convenient. And and honestly, I would much rather wait in line for good service then go somewhere else.

Clerks are always friendly and speedy with checkout. Groceries and pharmacy are where I feel welcome to ask questions. Store can seem crowded when there are many orders being filled for pickup and go orders.

Again, I want to comment about this Pharmacy. They are the best in all Eugene and Springfield. They have truly saved our life. Jeff (Pharmacist) is the best there ever was. God Bless you all. Sharon Gelisse and George Voller.

Every time I get Diego at the pharmacy he has a huge smile and is always has a happy and helpful mood! I know your pharmacy has had a huge impact with Bi Mart closing and Walgreens always being short staffed and cutting pharmacy hours! You all have been amazing and thank you for what you do! But do want to recognize Diego for making the wait in line enjoyable and positive!!

The line is always outrageously long, even in their least busy hours, which is annoying because half their staff just wanders away and chats in the back every other costumer they help... sometimes for over 20 minutes.I tried explaining that there must have been a mistake or miscommunication with the doctor and asked the lady to check one more time on the prescription (my great uncle is 89 and needs his seizure meds, which he runs out of tomorrow, and we live a great deal out of town); she said she'd need to speak with the pharmacist and walked away for several minutes to chat with some woman in the back who was NOT the pharmacist on duty. She returned and told me (after not checking anything at all and visibly laughing with the lady in the back) that his doctor put an order in not to fill it until AFTER he runs out of seizure medication and I'd have to return tomorrow. I told her that made no sense and tried to ask if I needed to have the doctor call them or what my next step should be; she cut me off and had to forced herself to suppress a laugh at my confusion and difficulty and told me that was 'just how it was' and that there was nothing more she could do. Possibly the least professional environment to get your medication from!Edit: on top of he crap service and long lines, only the lead pharmacist wears a mask, so don't believe the state empty above that claims they all do. I even watched one of them walk to the back to blow their nose and not use hand sanitizer before returning to their keyboard and they touch all of your paperwork and medication bottles during checkout like that!
