Down load Albertsons ap/Weekly Ad, you will find digital coupons that save sooooo much $$$$. If I use self check out, and need help they are there before I ask. Very serious about giving excellent customer service. Tyler is proof of that, working at the Marcola Store.

I absolutely hate digital coupons! Just put something on sale, put it in an ad and let everyone have it for the same price.

What is going on with the bakery? Seriously the quality has been going down in the last several months. And the prices have gone up. I really don't mind paying more money if the quality is there. For instance your cinnamon rolls look like they were thrown together, frosted by a 3-year-old and then tossed in the back of a UPS truck. Come on guys this is really sad amp up your game there's a lot of other bakeries out there I could give my money to. On a positive note the rest of the store is great particularly the pharmacy and the cashiers are top-notch.

Just about everything here is overpriced and can be bought elsewhere for cheaper. Even their floral department is grossly overpriced. On the rare occasion they will have a sale on certain items to make it worth shopping here.

Albertsons has a monopoly in most of Springfield. (They also own Safeway). Their prices are at least 25% more than say WinCo. They are squeezing their customers out of every penny they can. They are also squeezing their employees. More self checkout, less help in the deli and other areas. Realizing how they really dont value customers my last straw was when they refused to sell me a bottle of wine. I'm 65. My hair is gray. I only brought my credit card with me. I was barked at by a stressed employee that everyone gets carded. New policy, get used to it. I shop elsewhere now even though this is the closest store. I feel sorry for those who have no choice but to shop there.

The pharmacy has the worst customer service I have almost ever received. This isn’t once but at least the last 3 times I’ve been there.

Terrible customer service! I always feel like a burden there. The deli doesn't even know the deals they have, I had to get the sign and show them the deal. I always feel like I'm a convict if I ask for help at the self checkout; they question my integrity if the coupon doesn't work every time...Nope not trying to steal or pull one over on you. Ugh! I thought it was just me but they did it to my daughter, brother in law, and one of the ladies at church. Don't come to work if you can't do your job or hate people, go work in the morgue!

This store, in particular, when there is an ice cream sale, they purposefully let it run all the way out immediately and do not restock it, it can be gone for days. Only then to the dismay of many, immediately after the sale, wow!! it magically appears fully stocked. I have watched this happen multiple times now and I just know that if ice cream is on sale I have to go to Eugene to get it. That is ridiculous. This is the only store in the area with this issue. One can only gather, it must be a management choice... also, would certainly guess that many of the good sales, when they do come along, the items are not available yet appear as soon as the sale is over. Some sort of anomaly I'm sure.

The prices are absolutely ridiculous. I'm talking ridiculous. They have jacked up their prices way above competitors and then act like their “sale” isn't just the actual price of the item before they artificially inflated the prices to make it appear like a sale.Albertson's is owned by Kroger which also owns entities like Safeway and others. They have slowly monopolized a huge swath of the grocery industry and use this monopoly to screw customers over by price gouging.I would highly suggest shopping elsewhere where your money goes further for the EXACT SAME products. Costco, Winco, are excellent alternatives. I'm currently making around 80k a year which is great for this area… but I want my hard earned money to mean something. I want to shop somewhere where customers aren't taken for granted and where I pay the price of what an item actually costs. If you're of a similar mindset, I wouldn't shop here.

Way overpriced. Sales are completely fabricated as others have mentioned. They simply artificially inflate the price and then pretend the actual price is a sale. I wouldn’t shop here.
