I had a problem with my canopy door, not locking properly. I went to all American truck and SUV accessory at Gateway loop in Springfield, Oregon. Two men worked for over 20 minutes on my canopy door and when they got done, it worked perfectly. When I asked for the bill, they said there would be no charge. Their shop and office was very clean and if I had any problems or wanted any new accessories for my truck and canopy, I wouldn’t hesitate to go to their shop again. I was very appreciative of how they help me.

Came in to get some info on suspension and the guys here were very helpful. Fair pricing as well and good lead times. Would recommend everyone go in and see these guys.

Update: Manager (Brad) reached out and made everything right. Went back and got a refund. Updated my star rating to 3. Below is my initial review.
Super disappointed in this place. Called and got a quote for Weather Tech mats. Price included shipping. Ordered the mats and when I went to pick them up they charged me an additional $8.00 for shipping because the two boxes shipped from different places. Would’ve been cheaper to order online. They are a Weather Tech dealer. They told me it was corporate policy.

We bought a Ford F150 that came with a SnugTop Snuglid. We ordered struts off of Amazon but they did not work out and we sent them back. We took the truck to All American Truck & SUV Accessory Centers and asked for new struts. After looking at the struts they found the brackets were rusted and compromised. They were able to order and install new brackets and struts. The truck is in very nice shape for being 22 years old and we like the look of the Snuglid. We feel safe now that the lid is working correctly and won't come down on us. Nice job.

When my relatives from out of state needed a lock on their canopy, & no one had the specific one, they found something that would work for them for only $25 which included installation, so that they could Lock their canopy with all their stuff in it safely. No one else had one in stock, or were willing to find something that would work like these guys did.

Took my truck in to get airbags installed, we had a few hickups due to not having extensions so they could mount on a lifted truck but they got them rush ordered and got right to it, job was more extensive than planned but they kept to what they had quoted. This shows great integrity to me and the staff there couldn't be nicer, we will definitely refer them to friends and family and will be bringing our other vehicles in.

I will not recommend this business! I ordered pet screens and paid for them, and NEVER received them. They said that I didn't pay for them, and yet it is on the bill I paid. They also put my shell on with a 2 inch overhang in the back. I thought it would be great to support a local business! I won't do that again until I read the reviews, something I normally do.

These guys at the Springfield branch are fantastic, Andrew was very professional from the first call to the day they installed it. I was able to get a color matched Leer canopy on the phone and internet with Andrew. I live 150 miles away and have to come over a mountain pass so when a heavy snowstorm was coming the day scheduled for the install, I decided to come two days early stay in a motel till the day of my appointment.
When I got to Springfield at 3:30 PM, I went to the place of business to let them know what I had decided and asked if there way anyway they could install it now. Owen said sure they would be glad to help me out. One hour later I was on my way back home just in time to barley miss the storm. These guys (Andrew and Owen saved me over $250 for motel and food on the road. Thanks again to both of you for such a pleasant purchase.
5 stars for the process and professionalism.

Purchase a new truck 8/22 and a color matched leer topper 10/22. They promised me the world to get me to buy this instead of a different brand. I had looked at many. 6 months in and had fiberglass fractures and paint spider cracking. Both covered under leer factory warranty. They adamantly refused to cover it saying I must have abused it and that they would never promise the things I was promised when I bought it. I've had many used canopies, but never a new one or color matched !! This was my pride and joy !! I would never abuse it or neglect it. The new manager assured me I was wrong about what leer promised me and that the salesman that has made those promises was no longer there. (Apparently that means they don't have to honor the warranty). I learned from a body shop that the paint could have been done so that it stretches with the fiberglass so you don't get spider cracks, but leer won't spend the money to do it right the first time. I contacted Leer customer service and have 5 or 6 emails from them saying they agree with their ruthless sales people and that I can kick rocks. Now barely a year old the seals around the windows are coming apart. Very cheaply made topper. Will never buy from them again and will tell everyone this story. I'm a local business owner and would never treat people like this.

Horrible customer service. Was told canopy would be 4-6 weeks out it's been 8 weeks. Called several times they couldn't tell me where it was so I stopped by and now it's 3 to 4 weeks out still. I understand shipping sucks right now but when the employee says sorry not my problem I'll let you know when it comes in, is not the response you give. I will be getting the rest of my bed boxes from a different company.

I went in the other day to look for a lift kit, with no prior knowledge of lift kits. Steve and John were super helpful! They helped me pick one out and showed me all of the different options I had. They wanted the best for me, instead of just trying to run a girl for her money! They took their time and was super patient with me when I had a million questions. Will defiantly be returning!
