My wife and I decided it was time to switch from our sleep number bed to a Tempur-Pedic. We met Jeff and he showed us our options along with a few other brands. We did like anyone else would do and shopped around but Jeff was our guy. He was the most knowledgeable of anyone we met and the friendliest. No pressure, just genuine help. We decided to purchase two new pillows, a mattress protector and new bed frame from Jeff as well as the Tempur-Pedic mattress. Thank you Jeff, definitely recommending you to everyone we meet.

My son was up visiting from Las Vegas and wanted to get a tall king sized bed frame and found just what he wanted. He dealt with Jeff, who was very helpful!!! Good day!

We had a bedtech bed that the motor went out in, after 3 years. Bummer, however we were also looking to upgrade to a king size.We met Jeff, and he was loads of information. Not pushy, easy going and laid back. He doesn't set the prices, but knows the value of a good bed. Thank you Jeff for a positive bed purchase. We appreciate your candid and well informed approach. I would recommend you for sure to friends and family.

Prices are way to expensive. And the guy working there had a holier than thou attitude. I told him I just bought a sleepy brand mattress and he asked what my budget was for a bed frame and I told him 3 to 400 and he said they don't have anything that cheap and then I said ya wife and I are on a tight budget then he had the audacity to say oh I could have guessed that cuz you bought a sleepys brand mattress. For those who don't know what that is it's a cheaper memory foam mattress brand. But seriously way to make a guy feel like he isn't worth your time or don't think I'm good enough to buy an expensive bed. Would not recommend this store.

Mjacobs does not stand behind the furniture they sell. GM and Store Managers want to ignore the issue. Unprofessional business interactions. Scott and Daniel told me if I wanted to speak to anyone above them to report this that I could go ahead and write a letter to the company. Then he hung up on me. The Jonathan Louis furniture that we bought is junk. I cannot get a hold of their reps either. No return phone calls. I have a log 6 pages long of my calls and messages. This company is a JOKE and I would recommend to shop anywhere but here! This has been going on since the couch was delivered in April. No care or concern from either company whatsoever.

I went to mjacobs to buy a set of stressless couches. It's been on my bucket list to own one of these sets for over 15 years. Went in and they had the set in stock, bought it, set up delivery and waited. When they delivered it they did not assemble the arm rest part of the couch correctly, there is post that is supposed to slide into the groove as you can see in the picture. Instead they just put some screws in it and called it good. I called mjacobs to tell them what the delivery crew had done, they sent a repairman over to fix it. The repairman spent about 45 min beating on the couch with a mallet trying to get it in place, finally he says he got it in and it's solid now. I specifically asked if he got the post into the groove and he said yes, he was straight up lying. Turns out he ended up doing the same thing the delivery guys did, just gave up on assembling it correctly and threw some screws in it to hold in place until he left. Keep in mind this one of their most expensive couch sets they sell, over $8,000 and the repairman leaves the armrest hanging by some screws and calls it good. You can see how the one side is held together tight and the defective side has a large gap, repairman said that was normal. The couch must have had some defect in it because nobody could get it assembled right, I myself tried my best and it just doesn't line up correctly. After some back and forth they took the defective couch set back and give me no info on when the new set will be in. I checked back about 10 weeks later on the status of my replacement and was told it should be on the truck coming in that weekend, but Sean the salesman never followed up with me like he said he would. It's probably because my couch was not on the truck coming in, turns out the couch was still another 10-12 weeks out. I found that out after I inquired again 3 weeks later, would be nice if they at least let you know this. All in all the couch being broken wasn't their fault, sending an incompetent repairman to my house who thinks a $2500 love seat should be beaten together with a mallet is their fault, not giving me any lead time and not reaching out a single time to let me know whats going on is their fault. Terrible customer service and I'll never buy anything there again.

Jeff took good care of us. We found a good bed for my daughter with a comfortable mattress. There is a wide selection to choose from and very knowledgeable and friendly folks willing to help

This furniture was soo poorly assembled, they didn’t even use the screws required to reinforce it. Gross. Then they tell me that they will “fix it”. Nope. Done. Never buying there again.
