My toilet seat was a little nasty. Also caution: don't use the washer or dryer here I showed housekeeping this and rather than get down to second floor to clean this right away they said 'that is someone else's duties, they are off today.' Wrong answer. Solutions not problems. Also bring coins was they don't seem to keep then at front desk. Toilet bowl in room also nasty and like machines in laundry needs to be cleaned from top to bottom.

We stayed at this holiday inn for a three night stay last weekend for a swim meet in eugene and it was perfect! The staff was helpful, the rooms were clean, the housekeeping was great. The overall location is perfect for food with hop valley and other restaurants close by within walking distance. The pool and hot tub was great. Personally the breakfast was my favorite because it was good and always stocked, but the employees that were cleaning the counters and refilling the items were awesome! Always kept things clean and restocked.

It was fine until after the breakfast just at check out I started to feel slightly ill, thought I was ok but on our way to my granddaughters down town, I had to make several stops. Pretty much ruined the visit and the week. My husband also got ill, not as severely as I but we both determined it was the breakfast. Don’t know if anyone else got ill during their stay. Almost came back because it was so bad but haven’t seen my granddaughter for a year. Was a disappointing trip. Make sure your workers wash their hands. Something was contaminated.

I thought the person working the front counter Melody was kinda short and rude. She didn’t seem to like her job very much . Every time I had to talk to someone she didn’t seem like she wanted to be there.

It was last minute due to an oversight, the desk clerks were very welcoming and accommodating. The room was spacious for us and our pet. Even going out for a late night pet run, Gabe, the night clerk, was the epitome of what to expect. Both engaging in banter but welcoming my pet. I would recommend this site for anyone passing thru or last minute. Thank you Holiday Inn and thank you Gabe!

I had such a great stay at this hotel. The staff was so warm, particularly Jessica at reception. She is probably the nicest hotel staff I have ever met. She went out of her way to make my stay nice since my mom was coming into town. The gym was great and the breakfast was great. Highly recommend this hotel.
