The warranty company gave me the run around for four weeks (!). Desperate, I reached out to Curtis. Despite having NO FINANCIAL INCENTIVE, Kyle went to bat for me and used his connections with the reps. Boom! Just over 24 hours later, the unit was up and running and we were back in business.
