I went in, expecting a trade in... Well, I learned the guy that sold me a phone at Walmart gave me the worst service. There was the most beautiful woman ever there, Madison, who helped me and had pretty good information. She hooked me up with the phone that I wanted when I came in and got me on a way better phone plan, she can take my money anytime 😉🫣🍔🦆

I came in because of a billing issue. The day prior I tried figuring it out on the phone with the 611 operator but he was no help at all and seemed genuinely uninterested in helping me and told me to go into the store. The next day I did and there was only one employee working. She was very kind and very personable and made the experience very pleasant. I generally dislike coming hate coming into the store and avoid it but she made it a much nicer experience. She did not have access to the information I needed but was able to get on the phone with another operator that was able to help and we got it all taken care of. It was painless and easy. Thank you to Jenn for being a rockstar

Best customer service I have received in a long time. Sales rep. knew exactly how to transfer my service from Spectrum and set up a sync my new iwatch. Glad to be back to the best phone co. ever ♥️

Sold me a $60 snake oil zqgg liquid screen protector for my new s24u. I was assured by the staff if my phone scratches the zagg warrenty will cover the repair. Well there is now a scratch on my new phone. I filed a claim under zagg to find out they dont cover scratches and if I want to fix it under my at&t warranty it will cost me $275. What a scam. I got zero help from the store and At&t. I am glad I didn't bring the rest of my family over from tmobil.

Went in today to add a device to my account. Guy helping me was super nice and helpful. I told him to not add the protection plan to the account. I just checked my account and it was added without my authorization. Definitely check your accounts after leaving
