On 7/24/2024, I collided with debris on the highway that damaged the bumper, the grill, punctured the radiator, and more requiring the replacement of many parts. I had an out-of-state car trip preplanned that could not be postponed. Over about 10 working days, the Springfield Auto Craft got all the parts in time to complete the repairs with three days to spare. Throughout, Ticia was sympathetic to my deadline and kept me informed on the status of the parts deliveries and how that impacted their estimate of the completion date. I got the feeling they wanted to come through for me.
Cosmetically, the entire front end looks brand new. I further got the car back washed and the interior completely cleaned! When I picked the car up, they also helped me reattach both license plates (that the insurer had removed). I've driven the car about 1,000 miles since and it's running great. I'm very grateful to Auto Craft for their service! They earned all five stars.

There are no great enough words to say how amazing this place is! If you need a trustworthy place of people who take pride in their work, this is the one. Tissha put in tons of effort and care into getting me what I needed for my vehicle repair, while also having comforting communication. Kent is the one who did the repair and he did a phenomenal job! He went the extra mile to make sure everything was better than he found it. You can really tell these people care about the work they do, and the people needing help. Highly recommend getting service here. :)

I put my new truck in the ditch during the last ice storm. Finally found the right place to repair it. AutoCraft, on West 11th. Brent Woodrich and his team are pros. Can’t even tell there was damage. A special shout out to Dana for working out the details with insurance, and for keeping me updated. Nice work AutoCraft!

Best place for getting your vehicle fixed. I have a 2014 Dodge Journey and they kept me informed all the time. They had to order some brackets and they were wonderful about how long it would be before they were in. If I ever need any more work on my car I will not go anywhere else.
