Purchased a Dyson air purifier model tp01 may 1st 2023, about two weeks ago it wouldn’t turn on, so i checked the details of the protection plan i bought and found out it had expired exactly 16 days prior to writing this review. Called geek squad and was told there was nothing they could do and was told to call the manufacture, called Dyson and was told that not only was it out of warranty, but they don’t make parts for it anymore and they couldn’t fix it if they wanted to.
Went into this location today and the customer service gentleman helping did a great job checking all the details and seeing what he could do to help, but after talking to the manager it was confirmed there was nothing they could do.
Moral of the story, i spent $330 with no product support from the manufacturer, or distributor and I’m done with Dyson and probably done with Best Buy.

The only reason I would go into this store is if I absolutely had to have something the same day, the customer service and the way they interact with customers is absolutely atrocious. My experience was not limited to a single visit it what is an accumulation of my experience over many months. Either the management at this location is negligent or this company is just decided it doesn't care about in person sales.

Why can't I just call the store to ask a question about product availability. I don't want an endless phone tree or some call center across the ocean.

In order to get help in a certain area of the store you have to check in with the greeter. So don't change areas you will have to walk up front and check in for help. The guys on the floor will not just help you.

I'm tired of the dishonesty, got ripped again buy best buy selling me the arlo security cameras. Over $400 for junk and lied about no subscription now I'm stuck with worthless cameras unless I pay $60 a month I'm done with best buy never again !!!
