My husband and I were very excited to buy a car stereo to be installed in his new/used truck. We were told that we needed to put in a queue for fifteen minutes to have an associate come help us pick one out. No one ever showed up. When we decided to leave I asked to taken off the queue and the concierge at the front asked me why. We told him no one ever showed up to help us and that we no longer wanted to give them our business. He said "sorry" Wow

I really liked the flow of traffic in this store. Immediately upon entering your offered assistance which is also really neat. Customer service is friendly and knowledgeable. Sales guys can be a little pushy.. but I think that's all a part of the gig. Overall nice atmosphere, lots to offer at different prices. Quality of product is above average I'd say. They do offer deals on a weekly basis. Will return to this store.

Thomas was very helpful and knowledgeable in pc building. He answered all of my questions and made sure I got the best deal possible. Also, Richie helped me a few months ago with SSD and RAM. He was also great and helped me to understand specifics of what I needed. I'm not seeing anywhere on the BestBuy website where I can leave an employee review so hopefully this is seen.

DO NOT SHOP HERE THEY ARE VERY RUDE AND RIP OFFS,!!!!!! They can't even answer their own phones because everybody has a complaint !! Their products are third class , the people that work there are untrained and not knowledgeable of their products!! They will rip you off that's why they don't answer their phone !! They have a good selection, at good prices, but their service is the worst.Sales people are uniquely unhelpful. The on line chat agents are super friendly, but powerless to help.Had trouble getting one purchase out to the car and no one would help me carry it.Had another purchase delivered - to the wrong address - and they stalled, and stalled before they would replace it.If you can find somewhere else to shop - I would do that.

I walked in looking to purchase an IPad and some accessories. Here's how things went: First, I waited in the Apple section for 15 minutes while an Employee ignored me. Inferring that I must have to ask or make an appointment to be helped, I went to the front of the store and was instructed to speak to the Host. The host asked my name, then proceeded to laugh, ask my name again, laugh, "what?!" Then stated "that's an interesting name, imma just put you down as 'Jared'" Jared is not my name. After waiting another 10 minutes at the apple section once more, an employee called my name (Jared) and asked me what I wanted. He then proceeded to scowl at me while I listed off what I was looking for, the only sales pitch I got was "anything else??" He then told me he would be back in 5 minutes with the items. Finally, to finish up the night he came back and informed me I was not allowed to use my families TotalCare membership for my purchase and instructed me to pay for my own or leave. I'm not great with confrontation so I just thanked them and left, but the experience of attempting to buy a device to use for university at Best Buy was overall degrading.

Bought PC parts with price match. The staff was very punctual and helpful, only feedback I have is I would have appreciated more assistance and input into my PC building process as it's my first on my own and first time in 12 years so even after doing lots of research, I wasn't super confident.Also, they don't offer a best but warranty on PC parts like they do other items like peripherals.

Customer service is lacking. We came in to buy a laptop and we were put in the “queue” to wait on a salesman. Some people came in who weren’t even on the list and the salesman skipped us and helped them first and they bought the computer we came to get (the last one)
