Dont come here is what i will tell everyone i know from here on out. I've had nothing but issues with boost. Been a customer here for years but I'll be switching over. DONT do or buy anything in there app because it will give you issues and they won't help you. Don't expect them to do anything for you over the phone or expect a location near you to actually be open. Even the employees here will tell you how much their system sucks.

They don't answer their phone. Go down there their not open , no sign in window nothing. Very bad business.

Today is Sunday and the website says it's open 12 to 5 pm. It's 2pm and they are closed. Every time I come here they are closed.

The guy working there is horrible and doesn't know how to do his job was told my phone bill was supposed to be $15 a month with my line being added to my father in laws family plan only to be charged $77 dollars I just was trying to do a two way call with customer service and the person who sold the phone and he hung up wouldn't advise going to this store
