This company is a joke. I scheduled with them twice to pick up a car I was selling through Peddle and they no call/no showed both times. I wish I could give them zero stars for wasting half of a day waiting on them to do their (simple) job. Unprofessional and shady. Avoid.

I was fortunate to be able to use brooks the other day. They came out promptly and picked up 2 vehicles I no longer needed and the owner was easy to get ahold of and answered all my questions and even though I missed the first meeting he sent out another driver right away, Joey arrived right on time and was very friendly and made the process seemless. I will recommend Brooks from now on.

James was the guy who towed my car its slammed to the ground he was very professional and very careful with my car making sure nothing it didnt scrap going onto the truck

I called for a tow, they said they were booked so they offered a 7am-11am tow the next day. I said ok woke up early 6am waited around all day, called was hung up on and then was forwarded to voicemail. so they never came for me and many others judging by these awful reviews. Don't waste your time.

I went on search of a new towing company for our fleet of 60 vehicles. Most towing companies want to be paid with a credit card. I found Brooks through another vendor we do business with. I called Dustin (owner). Later that day I visited his shop. Dustin not only has a fleet of wreckers that would be able to handle our large CDL trucks, but also does repair and body work! His team repaired a leak on a promaster van (roof) and an air leak on a large vac truck, in a timely and economically manner! We will be using Brooks for several different services!

Amazing people. Dustin gave my sister a ride home from a bar on New Years Eve with her car towed along for only $25 I'm so thankful that she didn't try to drive herself. Dustin Brooks is a saint

I set up a tow and sale with them at 10 am and they said thay was on there way and at 530 pm thay said thay was still coming but I found out thay was stalling me because the place had called them to pick it up the next morning ...thay was going to rip me off. ...that is so shifty thay will not get no bigness from me ever

This guy didn't want to work, he isn't committed. Not reliable. He tells you that has time to pick you up, that he's going to help you, and then he doesn't call and doesn't show interest or care anymore.When you call him, he doesn't answer anymore.Worst experience in town.

Be careful, they have been rude with my children. They are bullying them and making threats, they have treated many very unprofessional. My kids have gone through hell because of there unprofessional bologna. A family full of mechanics, they say we know nothing. Engine replaced its now overheated several times and lost all the water, this was supposed be warranty repair. Never ran right afterwork repeated water loss he called my kids liars and threaten to charge for things they didn't fix right.

This guy that helped us his name was t.j and he was AMAZING I called asked for estimated cost of towing from mohawk McDonald's to the mohawk mechanic down the road he said 85 WAY cheaper than every other place I called that was 120$ 110$ 130$ and there was one for 160$ he came to the McDonald's in 20minutes waited a few until we got there and was so kind enough to look at the car and tell us we could probably just drive it AND that he would be right behind us if we did need a tow I even tried giving him money for his time and he refusedI would recommend this company!!Service: Car towing
