“These folks have a great selection and great customer service. Pricing is equal to their competition but imo service is well above. We selected luxury vinyl plank to replace our worn carpet and Nigel came out to measure and gave us a firm quote. They were all super patient with the selection process and allowed me to check out samples to take home and eyeball, since it was impossible to match our existing adjacent hardwood floors. Shout out to Johan, Kendra and Matt for all of your help. Installation was scheduled several weeks out and we got a terrific installer, Fernando, who did an excellent job and gave great attention to detail. We are super happy with our new floors so far!”
