These people are scam artists have been a customer for 6 or 7 years. And will not be back All of the people have changed and they quote you a price on the phone and then try to triple it when you show up. Avoid cascade at all costs there are a lot of other providers around that don't leave you that greasy feeling That they are trying to scam you.

Much more expensive than discussed! The cost of the spay doesn't include basic meds, sutures, antibiotics, a cone, a 'cage fee' for the animal to stay after surgery, etc. Very disappointed.

The vets and all other employees are beyond caring and empathetic towards both pets and owners. I've only had good experiences with my 3 dogs. We've been going to this clinic for ~5 years. They always give all treatment options and have decent prices. They've never made me feel bad or pressured me when making treatment decisions. Everyone is so wonderful. You can tell they truly love and care about animals. Highly recommend this animal clinic!

My cat had an abcess at the base of his tail. I made an appointment and told the reception that my cat would need to be sedated for exam. Receptionist made appointment on Thursday for 11:15 am. Rosen started the exam but said my cat would need to be sedated for further examination because claws came out, and it was near lunch hour. I paid $88.00 for partial exam and I asked for pain medication because she didn't offer it, for a total of $104.75. She told me to return on Monday. The assistant said neutering could be done at the same time. The abcess ruptured Sunday at 3pm. I dropped my cat off at 7:45 am and got a call at 8:19 saying the cat was on the table and if I didnt call back in the next five minutes they would wake him up because Rosen could only locate one testicle and it would cost an additional $100-$200 to locate it. I was told to reschedule the appointment. At this time I was on the freeway headed back home when the call came. I can't talk on phone when driving or it would be a thousand dollar ticket. This was the second procedure she stopped. I was quoted it would cost up to $836 for both abcess and neuter. I ended up paying $325.38 for abcess only without my cat being neutered. Rosen was uncaring, asked what kind of food my cat ate.Their staff lack communication between one another in addition to poor time management and long waits. Rosen seemed to have an attitude and wasted my time, plus she overcharges! ... no way extramoney!!I wouldn't recommend taking your pet there and won't be back!

The decision to euthanize your pet is never easy. No matter how much you know, it's the right thing to do. However, they made it a tad bit easier with their compassion for not just my dog but us too. Thank you guys so much.

My pup was injured while in the care of Echo Hollow Vet. They sent him home with no antiobiotics or pain meds. Cascade Animal Clinic agreed to see him immediately. I can't thank them enough. It's been a long road but he is back to his happy, healthy self thanks to Cascade Animal Clinic ❤️

My dog was very nervous and scared but they were kind and they were quick and doing their services that he needed which was a vaccine updates and a check for heartworm which proved negative so yeah I I don't know if I could give them a five just because it was a little hectic cause he was very anxious.

I have been with cascade Animal clinic for a little over 2 years. in the beginning. I was satisfied with the care my animals were receiving. The staff is pleasant and friendly and knowledgeable. Most recently, however, I have received what I can without doubt call extraordinary service. Dr husby and amber have treated me and my dog with the utmost care and respect. Amber especially took the time to sit with me to dig deeper into my little (not so little) girls history to try and understand what we are dealing with. She was so kind and personable not to mention a welcome sense of humor when appropriate. I Would recommend cascade Animal clinic ?
