Had emergency. Starting in early morning I called Thurston, OR branch several times throughout the day and only reached a recording saying to call back later or call on line banking. Called on line banking and talked to rep who told me only the Thurston branch could answer my question. Now 2 pm and still can't get anything but call back later message from Thurston or leave them a message. VERY POOR SERVICE (ACTUALLY NONE) TODAY.

Slowest experience from a bank, I go here every week for cashing my checks and it is the slowest wait ever. Usually one teller and the people they are helping are always near senile wait times can vary from half hour to an hour. Hilarious when I only take less than 3 minutes for multiple check cashing.

What a joke. Refusing a court order all because your policy states that you need a signature. No. Court orders override your policy. As someone who spent over a decade working for Chase bank, I cannot believe how deteriorated and diluted you've made the banker role.Angel and Melissa Alonso. You're not good bankers.What happened to:Always be courteous and friendly.Do the right thing.Own customer issues from start to finish.Build lasting relationships.Exceed expectations.I traveled twice now for over an hour away to get my maintenance completed to have you tell me "well it won't happen today."Should I invoice your cost center directly for my time and gas?

I’m a wildland firefighter and have been cashing my payroll checks here for 6 fire seasons. Today I’ve had the worst experience cashing a check. First the teller asked me where did I get the check and I said from my employer. I asked if she wanted to see the paystub and she said yes so I gave her the paystub. She makes a phone call and she verified that I (name on the check) was suppose to receive the check. There was no questions about account numbers matching with the check itself. I asked what was really going on because she said the check looked fake but when she called to verify she didn’t ask anything about the check but just the persons name on the check. I went in with an afro and I truly believe she thought I was committing fraud! I got the check cashed but I walked out hurt knowing that just the type of hair and or color of skin could make your life harder.

This bank branch NEVER answers the phone when I dial the local number listed on the website. They obviously have a policy of never answering the phone. They are always "assisting other customers" and the computer voice refers you to their 800 number. They tell us at the window that we need to make an appointment to come in and do business with a person (as the system will not allow us to change the address on our account on the web for some unknown reason....but we can never get anyone to answer the phone to get an appointment. Impossible customer service!

Deposited some checks. Representative told me they would be held for 1 business day but to call in the morning to have them manually cleared. Called in the morning, waited on hold for an HOUR to be told that he had given me false information and they cannot just force-clear a check manually. As a result my wedding funds are now in limbo with no way to access them, I wasted an hour of my time, and I was lied to the first time I made a transaction with my new account. Brand new account, already considering closing it. This is the WORST experience I have ever had with a bank. Super great to know I can’t book and pay for things for my WEDDING when planned, as a result of their incompetence.

Wish I could go lower. Atm never working. Cant get money. Cant deposit money. They closed the closest location to me. Says there open on saturdays online. They are not open on saturdays. There has gotta be a better bank around.

Seriously every time I go there they're ATM is down. At this point I might as well just get a new bank. And it doesn't help that they remove their Fred Meyer location. So now if I want to use an ATM I have to drive all the way to gateway.For the biggest bank in the world you would think they would have more ATMs.

The branch and employees are fine. The ATM has literally been down for over a week and branch hours don’t coincide with my work hours which makes it infuriating when I’d like to make a withdrawal. Be cool if they could fix that.

The customer service at this branch/bank has been overwhelming. There was no question to simple or too complex they would not help me figure out solutions for.
