  They've been friendly to me so far and overall I really like Chase Bank. I previously banked with Bank of America and I briefly tried Wells Fargo.

  Sadly, I now see why the rating on this branch was one star... I was treated rudely because I was from "out of state" like I was criminal. Whelp, unfortunately, I can't give a negative rating but I sure wish I could.
