  Was going to top off my tank, get some snacks, and use the restroom, but was told they were out of order. Just like several months ago....right....I'm a paying customer who is here from out of town that just drove almost 3 hours for a post major operation appointment and needed the restroom! They suggested I walk over to one of the restaurants. I'm recovering from surgery. So I left and drove over to McDonald's. And I won't be going back there for anything. I'm BEYOND sick and tired of the no available restrooms for paying customers due to issues with non paying customers or whoever that has caused this to become a thing😡 Great way to loose customers.

  They refuse to pump gas for you. I know you can do it yourself but there is still a section where they are supposed to do it for you. I've waited there multiple times and no one comes out. Unacceptable!

  Come here if you want expensive prices with broken CC machines so you have to walk you happy butt inside EVERYTIME u want diesel

  Sat at the mini serve pump for several minutes. No one came out. Got out and pumped the gas myself. Was halfway through before the attendant came. You need to take your mini serve sign down if you're not going to staff the pumps.

  I tried to post this in July, but their reviews were shut down & you couldn't post new reviews. I was refused service with disability parking card. At least 3 employees inside would occasionally look out at the pumps & they ignored my honking & waving my disabled parking permit. As I left I decided to call, & the woman was rude, saying I should have called when they didn't come out. I said that's not my responsibility & the three of you kept looking out the window ignoring me waving my disabled parking permit. I also said what of I didn't have a phone? She hung up on me. I called their Corp office & filed a complaint, & advised them I had pics & video. They never called me back. The state of Oregon has made it impossible for the disabled to file complaints with a human.

  About half the workers don't have common sense. Wouldn't sell my husband (36) or myself (27) a pack of smokes. Clearly look over the age of 21

  Disabled plates & refused service by the person in photos assistant. She/he (no assumptions) refused to tell me a name as she/he walked away. I was refused service for honking. No one was at the pumps, disabled senior, late at night. I saw a person in the window at the cash register. btw: pulled in behind another car. I opened my gas door, got my debit card out, noticed the car was leaving. After waiting a couple of minutes, I pulled to forward pump and honked. I was watching for acknowledgment that I'd been seen & nothing. Few minutes waiting & I do a quick double honk. Now, I notice a person coming towards me. I roll my passenger window down & state I'm disabled. She proceeds to tell me, I was being refused service for honking! I didn't even know she worked there. She was talking at someone's vehicle. I believe this is illegal in OR. and if not, it should be. I'll be calling the manager. I asked her how the disabled are to alert that help is needed at the pump? Her response was laughable but I refrained... call the store, wait until we see you! I ask her name & she replied "I'm wearing a name tag you should have read it". I've never been so discriminated against. I think I may contact DMV to report the store, further contact will help me decide.

  everytime i've gone to this gas station my card gets skimmed and cash apps get sent to "Jim Sanders". Don't trust these scammers.

  False advertising, signs everywhere advertising 1 dollar off. Manager refuses to honor the deal that they are advertising.

  They advertise the app but “this location doesn’t participate”And “you can use your Safeway points but only if you’re willing to go inside and pay”It’s a lie, bait and scam and I’m going to be contacting the city because this is not legal to do. You literally advertise it all over your location. It’s at the pump put “oh we don’t use the chevron app”Get wrecked
