“I don't leave reviews, ever. but I do check them. i went into this store not sure why to expect, and I left pretty happy. The dude at the counter was engaged in my questions and help me figure out a few things I wasn't certain about. I was hoping it would have more high end desktop parts. But, they had enough of everything and I left happy with my purchases. I'd give a 5 start review if they had water cooling kits, but, they had virtually everything else. And I was told they would order it for me if I wanted to wait. Overall it was a good experience. Fry's is a lot bigger, but this place had what I needed. Respect”

“I brought in my computer to this facility as I was not able to install or update apps and programs. They fixed some issues with no charge and told me to come back if it didn't work. I didn't go back; it worked!”

“Tai is an angel. He helped fix my son’s monitor in less than a minute when I was driving and calling around town and could find no one else to help. I literally went to my car and started crying after he fixed it because of how kind he was. 😭”

“This is the place to get a used laptop, desktop, etc. for a great price, all cleaned and newly rebuilt. Also this should be your first stop if you need to replace a power supply or cable--they are well-stocked and meticulously organized. Very helpful staff. A great local non-profit that works closely with Lane County recycling infrastructure.”

“My 9-year-old Dell tower suddenly started freezing. This guy did the software repair in just a little more than 24 hours, and everything is working great. He also cleaned up the tower (was VERY dusty) so much that it looks brand new. 4 rather than 5 stars because I thought the $220 total was a little high.”

“The store seems outdated, and the lightning wasn't bright generally speaking. However, they do carry all sorts of office supplies (technologies not so much), you would most likely find what you need from this store.”
