“My 9-year-old Dell tower suddenly started freezing. This guy did the software repair in just a little more than 24 hours, and everything is working great. He also cleaned up the tower (was VERY dusty) so much that it looks brand new. 4 rather than 5 stars because I thought the $220 total was a little high.”
“This is the place to get a used laptop, desktop, etc. for a great price, all cleaned and newly rebuilt. Also this should be your first stop if you need to replace a power supply or cable--they are well-stocked and meticulously organized. Very helpful staff. A great local non-profit that works closely with Lane County recycling infrastructure.”

“I don't leave reviews, ever. but I do check them. i went into this store not sure why to expect, and I left pretty happy. The dude at the counter was engaged in my questions and help me figure out a few things I wasn't certain about. I was hoping it would have more high end desktop parts. But, they had enough of everything and I left happy with my purchases. I'd give a 5 start review if they had water cooling kits, but, they had virtually everything else. And I was told they would order it for me if I wanted to wait. Overall it was a good experience. Fry's is a lot bigger, but this place had what I needed. Respect”
