Courtland came to measure for a new large kitchen drawer to fill a space left when a new double oven was installed. A young man came out August 21, 2023. Courtland had done good work for us about 10 years ago then made one kitchen cabinet door in the Spring. That took awhile but came out fine. The young man said it would take awhile as they were short of workers. Figuring it would be like last time we patiently waited into October but then called to check. Called several times. Each time a nice fellow at the front counter said he would put a note on the desk of our measurer and said he would call us right away. No calls. Went into the office again and by chance ran into the young man who had measured and he said he had lost our measurements but that he was on it now. Still no estimate nor time frame except “soon”. Went back in early November— Courtland said a person has to make the rails for the cabinet, apparently that person is not a Courtland employee. Call in two weeks. We did. They said sorry nothing yet. We said forget it. We didn’t say this earlier because we figured they would show up anytime with the drawer and we were busy.
Something is very wrong there. Do not use them.
Called Kelly appliance where we bought the new appliances. They gave us the name of a person that does cabinets for them. That was two weeks ago, about Thanksgiving. Right this minute on Dec 7 a very nice drawer is being installed.
What a mistake Courtland is.

Do not waste your time with this company!! They were referred to me by my designer so I had an expectation they would at the very least be professional. They came to my home to write up a bid for a project we needed done. It wasn't a small project. I was told it would take a week to get the bid. A week and a half later I called and was told he hadn't started the bid but would get it to me four days later. I called back several weeks later and was told that they were too busy for our project and they had lost my contact information which is why they hadn't emailed to tell me. This was such a waste of my time and so unprofessional!

We purchased all new custom kitchen cabinets for our remodel. I did the install myself and there were no sizing/measurement issues at all. Everything fit together perfectly. Quality of the materials, hardware, and finishes is exceptional. Everyone we dealt with was very kind, responsive and helpful.

They were experts in their field, responsive and timely in getting work done for us. They worked with us to design custom features we wanted. We recommend them to all our friends.

We recently purchased a home in Eugene, and the cabinet maker that was used to build our cabinets was Courtland. The quality of the cabinets are decent, but our experience with working with them on a new wall cabinet for our bathroom has been disappointing. We moved into our house the second week of January, and there were some issues with the full extensions on our kitchen cabinet drawers. Someone from Courtland finally came to our house in March to fix the drawers, and at that time, I told the gentleman we had been calling Courtland since February to have a new cabinet made for our bathroom. He came to our house March 19, measured the space and took our paint, and said that he would follow up with me on an estimate for the cabinet. But I never heard from him. So, I called again, twice in fact, and a month later, still no estimate. When I called to ask for our paint back and explained the reason why we were going to choose another cabinet maker, the lady / receptionist I spoke to didn’t offer an apology or explanation, just an “okay” … nothing else. I have never experienced the level of unprofessionalism and lack of follow up in my life, and do not recommend them. If you are looking for a cabinet maker, take the time to research feedback on their service, not just the bid price. I would rather pay a little more and receive excellent customer service than pay less for poor customer service.

The team was very patient with me when I pondered remodeling and layout for more than a year. It is a big decision to remodel a kitchen and mine had some challenging aspects to it. Once I decided to move forward, Mat came out to help finalize the layout and design. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and made great suggestions. The office person, Theresa, was always very responsive to my emails and request for appointments and updates. I highly recommend them and I appreciate their patience with me and the quality of work. Kitchen came out great!

Research before you decide to go with this company. My husband and I decided to remodel our kitchen and we decided unfortunately to go with this company. Not only as a receptionist completely rude every time that we call with a concern her to check in on her cabinets the business owners are non-responsive to our concerns. Once the cabinets were installed one of the doors Have fallen off. Another one of our doors had gotten an extra hole from the hardware. I’ve tried to call them several times it took them over two months after the insulation for them to even get back to us to then have us be told that they will give us a new door but I’ve never come out to fix the other one that fell off. Considering how much money you pay for cabinets I would’ve rather paid a little more and gotten better service and better quality.

Research before you decided to go with a company!!! This company did our cabinets for our kitchen remodel. They where the most cost friendly, but remember you get what you pay for!! Not even 1 WEEK LATER. The door came off when opening it. They also made a double hole when installing our knobs. We called them over a MONTH ago and keep getting told we will get a call back or they will come and fix it but they've been really busy with other projects. (Other projects?) it has now been 2 months and we where told to come get our new door for the one that has an extra hole. How ever they have never come to fix the door that came off. They do not respond in a timely manner in fact they don't respond to your calls at all. The receptionist is The only person Who we've had communication with and is completely rude. I would have rather paid a little more money to get better service and quality

Courtland built the cabinets for our new home. The quality is top notch and a fair price. They were very helpful in the design phase helping maximize the use of the cabinets for our space.

I needed the center section of my 24' entertainment unit replaced to accommodate the new flat screens. The unit was originally constructed in 6 pieces After discarding the two end units and replacing the center unit it fit withing 1/16" and was installed by the owner of Courtland. The whole experience was truthful, professional and enjoyable.
