David was the man. Added my kids phones and lines . He made it easy. Very friendly and made sure we knew about all the promotions. Great customer service. I've had the privilege to work with him on multiple lines over the last few years. When we walk in there and I see him behind the counter , I know we are in good hands..

This store is awesome! Juan and his associates were very helpful in transferring my wife's and my own phones to our upgraded Androids. Will definitely continue upgrading at this location when needed! They went above and beyond with excellent customer service.

This place is happy to upsell you protection plans that charge you monthly for services they can’t even provide. Paid monthly for years and when it comes to needing a new battery for a phone, they say they don’t actually provide the service they charge for. Calling the number they gave me, the call center also said they can’t; and only offer a replacement for $130 MORE for a phone I bought in THIS store.
The only reason they get 2 instead of 1 star is because the month to month basic pricing is at least very clear.

Went in yesterday to buy a couple phones and set up a data plan. The staff were friendly and fast, plus they didn't try to annoyingly push any up-sell on me. You can't ask for much more from a phone place.

Excellent customer Service. I went in because my phone stopped reading my sim card, and within five minutes the employee instore, Willy, had helped me troubleshoot the problem and fixed the issue. Highly professional, and easily the best option for when I need to upgrade my phone, or check out what plans are available within my price range.

It is very interesting that a store full of employees can just laugh at you when you walk by and fall on the ice and frozen thumb tac when you have a A spinal issue which is a bad problem and you are a disabled person. They just laugh at you. They don't care about their customers clearly. It's a good thing that I'm not at this company anymore. Because all they do is rip you off. They don't care about their customers at all. If they did care about their customers they would put some Deicer in front of their store so potential customers don't fall and hurt themselves.

Went on an emergency call for a Cricket wireless worker about his car key failing to start his car. While working on the issue, another Cricket Wireless associate, David Ramirez, came out to ask me a question about his car. I informed him that it was not appropriate to approach my work van while I was helping another customer. I gave him a business card and asked him to call me later so we can discuss his issue. He took my card and decided to write me a 1 star review! Now THAT’s what unprofessionalism is David.
