Real Customer Service. Remember that? Bought a high-priced speed oven through Curtis and needed maintenance while still under warranty. The warranty company gave me the run around for four weeks (!). Desperate, I reached out to Curtis. Despite having NO FINANCIAL INCENTIVE, Kyle went to bat for me and used his connections with the reps. Boom! Just over 24 hours later, the unit was up and running and we were back in business. I would give 10 stars if I could. Thank you Curtis!

Avoid the Mexican lady in the evenings. She will talk to you like you're wasting her time.. and expect you to have the exact item numbers of the things you need. Wondering if they have a different size? she will hem and haw and you will most likely need to help her find it in the system or she'll just lie and say they don't have that size etc. You've been warned. Hell the mop would give ya better customer service.

So much to look at and so many choices. You don't have to be a restaurant to shop here. You can get a lot things for your own kitchen to cook like an experienced chef. I love shopping here.

I own a Papa Murphys pizza restaurant. Curtis is the preferred equipment provider for Papa Murphys. I've only ordered through them 5 times in 7 years. Why? 4 of my 5 orders have been entirely wrong. They've shorted me items, they've shipped me incorrect items, they've shipped me incorrect drying racks despite me sending them photos of the mounting system. The list goes on. I recently ordered 2 specific items, and I got those along with a commercial food processor....what? Hundreds of $$ that would NOT be used in any Papa Murphys (yes, they have the list of approved items). Its just beyond explanation. They're just a horrible equipment provider....I will again use the local restaurant equipment chain despite much higher prices.

Worst customer support. We outfitted a restaurant thru Curtis. Not only do their technicians do a poor job with installation, their sales team support for providing defective equipment goes to show the level of regard to ensure their customers are satisfied. We have worked with other local suppliers in the past with great experience. Will definitely not use Curtis again.

We’ve been working with Curtis for over ten years! Extremely knowledgeable, and always seem to be up-to-date on the newest equipment on the market. They’ve even had manufacturers bring in equipment for us to sample on several occasions. Can’t recommend them enough!

I have bad review the woman her name was karen she was rude to my staff she delivery driver didnt get her last name but definitely would not do buinsess she represents ur company and im very disappinted I will be posting as she was rude disrespectful amd under influence of drugs seemed this is Springfield oregon just very unprofessional
