The website is allowing people to register for COVID vaccines even though none are in stock. Then, they do not notify you until you are already there for you appointment. I received a confirmation text, a check-in text, but no cancelation text due to inventory...until 15 minutes after the pharmacist told me they didn't have anything for me. So clearly someone could be canceling these appointments ahead of time so people get notified but they aren't doing it until after people have already shown up.

Scheduled vaccine appointment for 2023-2024 Covid vaccine and flu shot, clearly stated as the 2023-2024 updated vaccine online. After booking, tried calling the pharmacy to confirm they had it in stock, but was left on hold for 20+ minutes without ever reaching a human. Went for my appointment, and they did not in fact have the correct vaccine, but were still willing to give flu shot. Bait and switch. CVS is just awful.

After surgery and follow up with the doctors a new prescription was needed. Doctors office sent to CVS in Target at Gateway. We recived a email and phone call confirming they recieved it by 1:00 pm. When we drove the 30 minutes to pick it up we find the Pharmacy was closed all day and may not even be open tomorrow. When we called the Eugene CVS we are told even though no one has been in the Gateway CVS it is being processed there and the prescription can not be transferred. The only thing we can do is call the doctor tomorrow cancel and have it sent to a different pharmacy. Why don't they have a clark contacting Doctors offices when they send in a pharmacy. AND THE PHARMACY IN EUGENE HUNG UP WHEN I EXPRESSED MY FRUSTRATION.

Oh I love CVS at Target!!! The pharmacists are awesome, helpful, and I have only had great experiences with them. They have managed their sudden growth well too (they went from handling like 1200 prescriptions to something like 3000+ last time time I asked). They always have a smile!! I wish they still did the $5 gift certificate for flu shots, but I have nothing bad to say.

This pharmacy is the worst. They rarely answer their phone and are generally unfriendly. They also have no drive-thru. Go someplace else!

Pharmacist Anthony was very rude to me. I clearly stated my question. He misheard me, so i explained my question and when he finally understood it he rudely stated “that’s how the doctor wrote it” and walked away. I wanted to find a way to resolve this but he has no intent on helping me. I also heard him speaking to employees rudely. I know their overworked most likely but they should not work with the public if they can’t communicate in a polite manner. Used to like u this pharmacy but it’s been going down hill.

This pharmacy is horrible I’ve never been there when they said it’s ready and gotten my prescription’s and recently they lost my wife’s life saving medicine I had to come back the next day as soon as I got home they text me her meds. Were ready

Worst customer service ever. Snotty. Closes at 1:30 supposed to reopen at 2:00 for lunch. But I’m standing i a long line at 2:10 and no one is here. Also they have some tacky old west barn doors on the pharmacy because the doors are broken so rather than fix them they’ve done a trashy “fix” . So ghetto

Newer lady at the registerHad to tell her my name and spell it 2xThen she simply said we just got it .....come back later ...when. I asked when it would be ready she mumbled something and I said I can't here you and she snapped you heard me like 45 minutesPoor poor customer serviceTrain her up CVS

This is zero stars and I hate the fact that I have to give this company another penny of my money. Their service is awful because they don't think you know how to google "local pharmacy". I am in from out of town with no other option, according to cvs of course. The only was to stop these chains is to stop using and paying them. The worst part is I am missing the NFL KICKOFF.
