Unfortunately the Roots run a little too Deep here.
We traveled by bus for over an hour to get a simple sticker for the "Tokes-N-Treats" Halloween scavenger hunt and was denied! Now I understand that it is a requirement to spend a couple dollars for the stores sticker, but it was the last day for the dispensaries to hand them out and we had already visited 7 other participating stores, and spent over $200 which was the last of our money.
I honestly don't think it would have affected the stores profits to kindly give up 2 stickers for the time and effort it took us to travel there from Eugene. But we walked out empty handed and a little irritated. It was the last one we needed to get the free pipe.
Great customer service is simple, "give them the Pickle"! As every restaurant owner would say, an extra pickle slice is easily worth giving up for a returning customer!
We will not return to your establishment!

Good products but the new manager and newer budtenders are incompetent to say the least it’s going to be hard to want to go back after watching them help two seperate people that came in after me while I waited.

On one hand, I was disappointed to find out that my ID's been expired for the last year and a half and not be able to make my purchase. On the other, this is the only dispensary with the attention to detail enough to have caught it and let me know. Thank you for spotting that and for your excellent customer service and product recommendations. I'll be back with an updated license.
