Covet is here but all businesses are open all doctors are seeing patients and the fact that we still cannot go and check our dogs into Cascade animal clinic is ridiculous. They know it, and we know as customers what's going on, many other vets are seeing customers everybody's living their normal life. The fact that when you call them that they will not take an appointment till 2 months out is another absurdity. I've been going to Cascade for 20 years and I would always be able to call and get an appointment within a few days now they want to charge me for an emergency appointment to see me in a time frame that would normally just be a normal fee. They are taking advantage of our community that has supported them for many many years. Shame on them.

I hate to say it for fear that it will take longer to get an appt, but the doctors and staff at Cascade Vet are very, very good! They take time to answer and ask questions. They are gentle and caring with our pets, and simply couldn't be better. They especially appreciate kind, respectful animal lovers, I think. Be nice to these people, because they are great!

I told Sabrina 3 times my cat was breathing weird and again I told a tech when I brought her in for routine bloodwork. This place is so frustratingly busy, they don't have time to properly care for your family. She was ushered through like an assembly line and never checked her breathing and when I asked the tech about her breathing, she looked dumbfounded and said she would ask the vet. Never happened. I ended up taking her to the ER on a Friday and cascade called me on Monday to check on her and I told them how bad she was doing, yet still refused to make time for her or see her based off the notes from the ER. My girl ended up getting treatment with another vet and Cascade continued to call in the following weeks to check on her. Why? What good did that do for any of us? I'll never bring a beloved pet to this place ever again.

Now that enough time has passed, I believe I can leave an honest review. In April of this year, my dog became very bloated, and since he had been diagnosed with a heart murmer, I took him in thinking that was the cause. The clinic is only doing curbside pick up at this time, despite the fact that they told me I would be allowed to come in with my dog, who is terrified of the vet. I get there and was told no, I could not come in. I allowed them to take him inside. About 20 minutes later, I get a call from the vet, who apparently couldn't be bothered to come outside to give me the horrible news that my dog had a tumor in his spleen that was bleeding into his abdomen causing the bloat. He was terminal with hemangiosarcoma. She went on to tell me that there was an experimental surgery available at OSU but aside from that, there was nothing we could do. She even had the temerity to mention euthanasia that day. With me not being allowed inside! I said no please bring dog out. Though she did apologize, I found it very cold and heartless that NO ONE could be bothered to be human here and realize that a member of my family was dying and come outside to talk to me, give me advice or options..nothing. When they did bring Harley out to me, I received NO paperwork regarding or explaining his diagnosis and what I had just been told, just the bill and a tech saying "sorry" Dr Willenberger was the vet that day. Do not use this vet if you love your pet like family becasue these people are about as cold and lacking compassion as you can get. I had to go home, after being left outside crying in their parking lot for 30 minutes, a Google all could find out about his diagnosis. Cold and heartless is my review of this clinic. Too bad they lost Dr. Callahan, who was our regular vet there as he was wonderful, but I can understand why he left a practice as heartless as this one.

DO NOT take your beloved pet here if they are in crisis. Cold/uncompassionate. No alternatives offered. I went in to get some follow up information and the vet on duty wouldn't even take the time--2 minutes--to speak to me face to face. Absolutely would not recommend or go back there.

This business does not encourage new customers. Their sign is hidden from view if driving north on Centennial. I had an appointment at 1:00. I have a sick kitty who needs surgery. I get there 10 mins early. Parking lot empty.Call message says we're closed. Be back Monday. I left. Checked my messages before took kitty out of the car no message. Called when I got home they were open. There's a sign on the door " out to lunch" can't see it from the car Didn't bother to leave me a text message while I was driving. So, disappointing communication skills. My take too busy to take new customers. Bad front office management.

I have been taking my Shih Tzu's to Cascade Animal Clinic for many years. The Staff at Cascade is welcoming and understanding of our little people with fur's medical needs. I believe that Dr. Kelli Rosen is one of the finest Veternarian's in the area and her ability as a Veterinarian Surgeon has no equal. Noelle Brewer

We went here again recently and saw the head vet. It's been a few days so I do not recall his last name, but it was a completely different experience. He was amazing. He took the time to speak with us, didn't push any expensive services, and was warm and compassionate. The next time we need an appointment I will be sure to ask for this vet. I believe he might the founding doctor.

Don't buy your meds from this place. They charged me $85 for Seresto an 8 month flea collar for dogs. I found the exact same thing at Mini Pet Mart for $22. I called to find out any they were charging 4 TIMES the amount of the part store and get some lame story about how MPM just buys more in bulk. Total ripoff!
