Wonderful staff that helped me with the pants trade-in event they have going on by taking my old, frayed Lee pants and using the coupons they gave me to buy new Ballroom Double Flex jeans.
I also returned a couple pairs that I bought a few days before the event started to go towards buying said jeans.
The event lasts from 9/2/24 to 9/22/24.

They carry a wide range of well made clothes that actually fit a large person. it's become my go to spot for work and casual clothes. Also I found a very nice dress shirt there. I have two of their coats which are excellently constructed and I have gotten many compliments on them. My wife also loves Duluth and has purchased many items there. I found some nice Christmas gifts there as well. The staff at the Gateway store are always over the top polite and helpful. It's clean and well organized.

Recently while traveling I received an email from Duluth Trading notifying me that men's underwear was on sale. There was a Duluth store in the city I was in so I decided I would stop by and score 3 of their heavyweight, long bodied T shirts. Not to be. The young woman at the check out counter informed me that T shirts were NOT men's underwear and the price was 24.50 ea. I informed her that T shirts are underwear and have been so for 70+ years and at 24.50 per each, they were not underwear meant for me. I thanked her for her time, then left. I had a similar experience a few years ago with a mail order that underwent an increase in price when I clicked to buy it. I'm not saying that they do these things to deliberately lead their customers to erroneous conclusions, but I am suspicious
