I purchased a gift from their store, I misplaced the receipt while wrapping the gift and I didn’t give my phone number when purchasing because I don’t generally shop at the store. The person I purchased a gift for expressed that they probably wouldn’t use that item purchased. We went to the store together to do an exchange for something he did like. To my surprise they refused to look up the transaction on my credit card. They said I must have a receipt to make an exchange or refund. I was appalled when they said the only thing they would be willing to do is make an exchange by and discounting the item purchased by 40%.
What company in this computer age doesn’t have a better return system. I don’t know one store besides them they cannot look up trans action on a credit card. Their excuse was that they cannot see how much the product was purchased for. Really the price tag is still on it. Oh, but we may have given you a discount of some sort and we wouldn’t be able to see that. Bullshit that’s just a way to keep my money. I will never stop shopping at the store again. Make sure you’re clear on the return policy if you do..
By the way, I did ask about the return policy not a word was sad about any of this.

Great store, but make sure you don't go shopping somewhere else first! I wasn't allowed to bring my shopping bag in with me, and had to leave without anything.

Supreme quality, ever changing inventory and helpful staff. The clearance rack always holds some nice options. Didn't miss the assortment of dog toys from higher quality suppliers, although price matches the quality.

I've been a Duluth fan for years now and their quality remains unmatched. 90% of my wardrobe is Duluth and the other 10% is stuff I won't buy without being able to try it on - a problem now solved by this store. The store is so nice too! It's always clean and well stocked, I've never had an issue finding my size and things are where they're supposed to be so I don't have to search. And for the store manager reading this, every employee I've interacted with is doing a great job. They say hi when I come in and then they let me shop in peace unless I have a question, in which case I've never had a problem finding someone immediately.

Went in to the Springfield location with my 2 year old son to buy work clothes. He’s disabled and can’t walk very far. They didn’t have a shopping cart so Michael’s crafts located next door gave me permission to borrow their cart for my little guy for a few minutes. I was promptly told by Duluth staff that I was not allowed to walk in there with that cart. I explained his mobility issues to no avail. Guess I can do without their gear. A little accommodation and common sense would go a long way. Not going back.

I love Duluth. The quality is stellar. I can always count on the clothing being comfortable and wearing well. The shoes are awesome and you can't argue with good Keens for hiking and summer sports. Everything Duluth sells is worth the cost. Great customer service, too.
