Had some work done on my 2000 Chevy Silverado. I live in Redmond, but have family that lives in Eugene so I decided to have the work done at Dunks. This past weekend I was heading back to Redmond on 126 and the drive line came off from the rear. After a few hours I was able to get a tow. Casey was able to troubleshoot, and replace the driveline, even going out of his way to drive up to Redmond to do the work at my house while I was at work you don’t hear of things like that often. So a crappy situation ended with positive results.

At first we had a bumpy road with them. With not telling all info on the chip programmer so it blew our transmission. Since then they have been wonderful and super great and has rebuild my trust to only place ill ever be bring my truck. Always super helpful and super great with customer service.
this is my only place now..

We only trust dunks for our vehicles. They do fantastic work and are priced great. Highly recommend dunks for all your vehicle repairs.

(2020 Ram 3500 Diesel)
Went to the shop to have a fuel air separator installed by fass, manufacturer specs state that it's about a 3-hour job, after 3 days the shop had my vehicle which is my work truck, very dishonest and not transparent. Lied to me about several things, then tried to intimidate me to go away because they were taking too long.
I don't know what shady stuff is going on at the shop, but there seems to be no oversight or actual Management in place, just shop guys running amok doing whatever they want with customers vehicles for several days. They also broke apart on my vehicle, and charged me $60 for a washer, and then blame me for having an older vehicle when it's a 2020.
I would stay far away from these guys as possible, extremely dishonest.

Recently I had a leveling kit installed on my 1991 GMC, it made the truck look great. Then I decided that it was time to have some other front end work done to replace aged parts. The guys replaced cv axles, new upper a-arm, rebuilt the lowers and aligned the front end. Upon performing those tasks they told me my front brakes were gone. Gave them the go ahead to replace rotors and pads. I have to say the truck has never driven that smoothly since new. The honesty and perfection of the work is very much appreciated. I will continue to support their business glady. Great job guys, you should be proud of running a trustworthy shop.

Thank you pit stop USA in Springfield for directing me to this place when my truck broke down. Very nice fast and hard working these men fixed my truck back to new and for a decent price! As a veteran I can’t thank you guys enough I will be coming back for work in the future!!

Really great experience last week at Dunk's. I found them through a Google search, after my mechanic found a major differential problem, relating to a strange noise that was getting worse. (400,000 miles on my truck!). Called for a diagnostic appointment to confirm, and to get a (what was sure to be expensive) quote on the diff. Because of the anticipated expense, I even dropped in one day at Dunks ahead of time, asking lots of questions about diffs. The guys were great to talk with and I knew I was in good hands. On the day of the appointment, after a test drive and putting the truck on the rack, they found nothing wrong with the differential! We even got on the phone with my regular mechanic and Dunk's at no charge did additional verification, per my mechanic's request. Turns out, some loose metal mud flaps were the culprit. The mechanic's notes were very detailed, complete with specs on my rig vs. standard specs, etc. Lots of good info in the notes, plus I was able to talk directly to the mechanic. All in all, a very pleasant experience.
