My partner and I came in to buy some drinks. There was no cashier visible, and they were out of stock of what we wanted, so we left. The cashier, a heavyset man with black hair, rushed out of the back, followed us to our car while fiddling with his phone, told us not to go anywhere, took a picture of my partner, and mumbled "okay you can go now."
We've been going to this store multiple times a week for *years*. We're clean-cut, we've never stolen anything or failed to pay, we weren't running away or carrying anything, and he treated us like thieves, I presume out of embarassment for us being in his store for a good few minutes while he played on his phone in the back room. Absolutely insulting interaction. Every other employee has been fantastic and kind and attentive.

Go here all the time ,being this market or Bungalows Market nearby as well. Same distance luckily, but just slightly different selections and prices of course.

This morning New Year's Eve day, I asked for 2 orders of cheddar munchers with 2 ranch. Even though I specified specifinally, the clerk only gave me one order and 1 ranch. Listen to what the customers are asking for please

So for the third time I was shorted heavily on a twenty dollar bill for a 5 dollar-ish purchase. The first two times I let it slide, mistakes happen etc. This time the attendant didn't bother to get off their phone call. That is what it is. When I was walking away realizing they had shorted me $10 when I paid for a twenty, not ao much. I know they have ripped me off before. This time I wasn't having it. The attendant knew I had them dead to rights and I wasn't playing. Count your change, there is a concentrated attempt to rip off customers. At first I thought it was an honest mistake. After the third time and they just gave me my money to avoid conflict....They do this all the time. They just bet you don't notice or roll with it. These people are scammers and dishonest. AVOID AT ALL COSTS - THEY WILL TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOU IF YOU DON'T PAY ATTENTION. Legit scum bags. You rip off 10 peoples for 10 dollars a piece a day, you're making money off of your customers.

This market is in my neighborhood and when I visit, I have nothing but good experiences. I especially appreciate the older woman who ask how I am and my day had been, she has been nothing but good to me. The only complaint I see on this location is people lazy to bag their own stuff, it's really not that hard. They can do it but it's NOT that big of a deal to have a tantrum!!!

Didn't ask me for a bag, when i did get a bag, they didnt help bag it- when it was all in the bag, the bag instantly ripped as if it was soaked. Half my food spilled on the ground, the other half was horrible, tequitos weren't labled as chicken and cheese first, but were horrible anyway. The sandwhich was afwul. Im convinced the only reason anyone would come back here is because its close, the prices are also awful... I wont be shopping here again.

Best Bodega. Sandy is a sweetheart and man when the munchies hit this is the PLACE. Also the resemblance to the Kwik-E-Mart in the Simpson’s is striking..

They are not customer friendly. I believe it's family owned and run. A few of the 'family employees' are ok. However, the older woman, she's in her 70's give or take is very very rude. She is very prejudice! She never repeats what your asking for, especially behind the counter stuff. She's arrogant and when I've come in during slow hours, I guess, and she comes from the back of the store she is actually rolled her eyes at me multiple times and side like it was just this regular customer she doesn't count I've been coming and shopping on a daily basis here for close to 2 months I've been kind of inconsiderate and she has yelled at me accused me of stealing a slurpee when I asked to pay for it I had too many things in my hand I told her I wanted a large slurpee I said it three or four times another customer heard me she flung my groceries at me that day I went to the back she watched me get the slurpee I was walking out at the right after I paid and she began to shriek at me the next time when I came in she insisted that I was trying to steal $3 of drinks and that was not the case I am the customer the customer is always right I've never ever stolen a thing from this market and she works very often I wish that I could move sooner if anything just to not have to have that be my local market she's so unpleasant that market was actually one of the reasons why I chose this particular area when I just got here for work less than a month ago or less than 2 months ago excuse me unpleasant people create unpleasant memories
