“As a patient, I cannot say enough positive things about Dr. Thompson. He is professional, knowledgeable, compassionate, and truly dedicated to his patients.

What sets him apart is that he genuinely listens. No matter how repetitive my questions may be, how many times I bring up my hormones, weight loss journey, or struggles with depression, he always takes the time to hear me out. I never feel rushed, dismissed, or like I’m just another appointment on the schedule. In the past, I’ve had providers who seemed more focused on the clock than on the person sitting in front of them. That has never been my experience with Dr. Thompson.

He consistently treats me with kindness, respect, and patience, making sure I understand my options and feel comfortable with my care plan. He also has a great sense of humor and knows how to incorporate it professionally, which helps put patients at ease. Healthcare can be stressful, and I truly appreciate his ability to make appointments feel more comfortable and personal while still maintaining the highest level of professionalism.

I would also be remiss if I didn’t mention his nurse, Hannah, who is an absolute bright light. She is welcoming, kind, and helps create a positive environment from the moment you walk in. Together, they make an exceptional team that genuinely cares about their patients.

If you’re looking for a provider who will listen, treat you with respect, make you feel heard, and genuinely care about your well-being, I highly recommend Dr. Thompson and his team. Based on my own experience, the negative review posted here could not be further from the truth or care and professionalism I have personally received.
