Ron us very unprofessional insurance agent. He thinks he gets to decide if a claim is denied or not. He won't help file a claim over the phone and demands that you have to email him so he can do it whenever its convenient for him. Also he threatens to hang up when the conversation doesn't suit him or his clients. If I could give a 0 star I would.

They have exceptionally wonderful employees that work there they are knowledgeable ,respectful,Kind and loyal to their clients.Their office is very well maintained & clean.Marshall's is one of the best insurance companies to work with.If you're thinking about changing insurance?call them !!

Ron and Jared helped me out with getting our insurance and bond for our new business. They responded very quick to calls and emails, which is good when your in the middle of something and want a quick answer.
