The woman who is usually at the front counter is always great. Could not ask for a better customer service person. But today I got a gentleman who said he was filling in for someone and he was absolutely rude and condescending, talked down to me and mocked me for wrapping my crate in warehouse cellophane wrap and securing it with banding. Told me that was dumb and wanted me to unwrap it all and wrap it in tape because they prefer tape. 133 pound crate and never offered to help lift it, move it, or anything.

It seems like every time I get something delivered through FedEx the last several months, the parcel comes covered in a visible coating of dust/dirt. It instantly comes off upon touching it so my hands and clothing get left with light brown dirt all over them simply from bringing it inside.
It literally seems like someone is rolling packages around in the dirt before delivering them. It’s frustrating and gross (since the dirt origin is a complete mystery).

This was the second time in a little over a month that I had a package 📦 of knives I ordered from a knife shop and I had paid for two day delivery and it took them four days to get it to me!!!!!

These guys suck. I paid extra for expedited international shipping. Package was moving through tracking very quickly till it arrived at this location and it stayed here at this location for almost a week. Ridiculous

The driver picked up my package over 3 weeks ago from the River Rd post office. Handed it to a manager because he couldn't scan it (why he even took it when he couldn't scan it is beyond me) and then once this mystery manager got the package. It's missing. Been missing for weeks. Was told he'd call me, never did. I file a claim. Was told I'd hear something within 24-48 hours. That was two weeks ago.
My package is lost. Noone will tell me anything. And the driver is MIA as well and I cannot find his information. A second driver spoke to the manager who has my package. And why I cannot get it back is ridiculous.
It's vehicle parts and this has been expensive and such a headache.
FedEx has always been the worst delivery service and now I've definitely learned my lesson to never use them again and everyone at work agrees.
Terrible service. Absolutely awful.

Watched fedex truck stop at my address post then drive off. As the truck turned around I walked to my gate with my kids and the driver flew past us. I go and check my package tracking online and driver put unable to locate address. The post was in plain view of were he stopped. After calling I get told I have to wait another day for them to come back. Disappointed to have a driver lie about finding an address just so they don’t have to do their job.

I wish I could give them zero stars. They make it impossible to talk to an actual human who can help you and only give you options that do absolutely nothing. They keep texting me out for delivery then at the end of the day they just change it to the next over and over

Package delayed due to wrong address. I called and they had the right address, but an idiot driver. They told me it would arrive today, but it’s been delayed again. I requested that they hold it because they hire morons who can’t find a building that has been here for 80 years. I will NEVER ship with them and I won’t deal with vendors who ship with FedEx.
