Two hours before my passport appointment for my sons, the post office let me know their camera was broken and suggested we go to fed ex on Beltline in Springfield. I knew (and any parent of an autistic child knows) this was going to be a disaster at best.
We got there and I ran in and explained my situation. Said I had an 18 year old as well as an autistic 7 year old that needed pictures quickly, as we had just found out the post office could not take them. Katie got my 18 year old in and out no problem, and hung with me as we tried to get the 7 year old to look at the camera, hold still, and not show his teeth. These is a Japanese saying ( 網の目に風とまらず) or you can’t catch wind in a net. This idea is pretty similar to trying to get a passport photo from my seven year old.
Katie didn’t give up, was so kind, patient, and wonderful, when I’m sure she had 50 other things she needed to be doing. She just rolled right our craziness like it was a normal Tuesday. Having a generally loud autistic child, we don’t usually get this amount of kindness and Katie deserves to be commended for it. Fed Ex needs to give her a raise.

I stopped at 630pm, and the front desk employee couldn't figure out how to send my package ground shipment. They were going to charge me $100.00 to send a small package. I then ask them to find another option. They then created me a label and charged me $60.00. Once I got home because I was sending this to myself. When I received the package, I received an email that I was charged $194.00. I then called the 800 number, and no one could help me. They just kept changing me to a different teller. So basically, no one could help me, and I had to bite the price all because the store was about to close and just wanted to get me out of there, and they couldn't figure out how to reboot the computer to send my package ground shipment.

I had a banner and posters made here. The communication was excellent and they were able to meet my need at an amazing cost. The work done was beautiful. I usually just email the pdf or jpeg of what I want and they do the rest.

We came in here pretty late on a busy day with a pretty challenging print request. Katie was quick to greet us and ask how she could help. We needed to print some wedding invitations on unusually small, irregularly sized heavy card stock (too small for the machine). Katie devised a way to attach them to a larger piece of paper and feed them, individually, through the printer. It turned out to be a very laborious and time consuming process, due to the paper we wanted to use, but Katie maintained a really amazing, very positive and upbeat attitude throughout the whole process. She even ended up staying a little past closing time to make sure she printed everything perfectly for us, and kept making sure we were happy with the results. We definitely were, as they turned out much better than either of us could have imagined. Thank you Katie for your amazing expertise, knowledge, and can-do attitude!

Had a few experiences with Fed Ex drop offices and these guys were great, hard to believe that you could get bad service but compared to the shop on Pioneer and Q…. Let’s just say this is now my go to. Great customer service

I placed an order online, and I accidentally ordered the wrong size poster. Store rep Jamie called me and informed me that it appeared I had made a mistake (since my file name had the dimensions listed, which were not consistent with the size posters I had ordered), and was very helpful in cancelling my original order and helping me place the correct order over the phone. Thank you Jamie for your attention to detail and your help in getting us what we needed!

Worst customer service experience ever. Fedex as a whole is a great company with reliable service. However some staff at this location are very rude and disrespectful. If there is another Fedex location in similar proximity. I'd most definitely recommend going to that location instead of this one on beltline.

Thank you Lisa who was very helpful. I was making memorial cards for my dad and was very emotional that day, she was kind and the cards were exactly what I had envisioned.
